Family run place,cosy,warm,friendly,great position.The owner, Ms Consuella, is a wonderful host.Highly recommended.Nice quit neighbourhood,close to the Rome train station, in walking distance,supermarket,cafes,restaurant and other shops.

Would definitely recommend/stay here again. Room was very spacious and clean (exactly like the photos). The bed was very comfortable and it was great having breakfast included too. Staff were wonderful! Very accommodating with showing us a map and giving us recommendations. Also very helpful in answering our questions and letting us leave our luggage their on checkout day for free. Location is perfect for everything- Trevi fountain, Pantheon, colosseum, Spanish steps.. we never used the metro once as all was within walking distance. Had very good security with keys and gates and the shower was fantastic. Do not have a negative to say it was a perfect experience!

It is a B&B (Bed and Breakfast), that is, it is not a traditional hotel, and therefore does not have a 24-hour reception. Check in is only done at set times and you need to arrange it with Consuelo in an email (or WhatsApp) that is sent as soon as you make the reservation. I didn't have any difficulty with this situation. The unit is very spacious and clean! There is an electric kettle, minibar and safe. The bathroom is also spacious, with a multi-directional shower. We loved our 6 night stay. I suggest booking through the website as they provide breakfast there. We only had one setback when the unit ran out of water on the last night due to a broken pipe. We know this happens. But Consuelo was very attentive, showed everything and gave several tips about the city. I recommend the place and would definitely go back!

Establishment that we recommend. What kindness and welcome. You are received like a VIP Consuelo welcomes you with a smile and explains how the place works. She gives you a map of the city and advises you on the location of tourist sites, ways to get around, shopping places and restaurants. We've never had this anywhere else! A stone's throw from Termini station, the B&B is located in a quiet area. We sleep well there and the (clean) room is very spacious as is the bathroom, equipped with toilet, sink and shower with massage jets. In short, only happiness. Wow! What a fabulous place to stay! My mum and I stayed here for 6 nights in November 2023. The apar**ent feels very safe and the location is perfect! It is so close to Termini Station and is walking distance from the likes of the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and so much more! We spoke directly with Consuelo via WhatsApp throughout our stay; she provided so many recommendations of where to go to eat, places to visit and information relating to the use of public transport in Rome! I would definitely stay here again - thank you Xx

This place is incomparably wonderful please see our longer review under Vacation Rentals" We cannot praise this place too highly. The owner is wonderful, the place is super clean and convenient. We would stay here any time in rom. Great neighborhood close to many sites and great restaurants.

Very good hostess, with great attentiveness and attention to detail. Good amenities. Large clean room with bottled water, kettle, tea stuff and bathroom supplies. Little fridge too. Lovely power shower. A great find near Termini and Santa Maria Maggiore.

We stayed for two nights. Had a wonderful stay. Location is close to the train station and transit, clean and friendly service with a many recommendations for were to visit and eat. Nice simple breakfast with coffee in the morning. Air conditioning worked well which we appreciated. Thank you.

So many great things to say about this place! The location is wonderful, 10 minutes from the train station and 15 minutes from colosseum. The room was also, great, one of the best showers we had in Iraly. But the best thing about it is the amazing owner. She was incredibly helpful and accommodating! My luggage was lost and she went above and beyond to help us deal with it. Highly recommended!
