From the moment we arrived, it felt as if we walked into an oasis of calm away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel's staff are genuinely very friendly and cannot do enough for you. They offer discreet and attentive service amidst refined luxury. The courtyard is a very pleasant setting for drinks or outdoor breakfast if the weather allows. If you are contemplating a stay here, you will not be disappointed. Our stay left us with very content and happy memories.

Mi limito a dare il mio giudizio sul brunch in giardino, pertanto la mia recensione non riguarda l'hotel, anche se qualcosa che riguarda l'hotel posso dirla: ho percepito la totale assenza di attenzione al cliente e flessibilità (ho chiesto di lasciare la mia valigia in reception visto che avrei pranzato lì da loro e mi è stato risposto che per policy non possono tenere le valigie..ma che assurdità è? In un hotel?). Per quanto riguarda il brunch, tutto ottimo ad eccezione del PESSIMO (a dir poco) servizio: abbiamo atteso mezz'ora per fare uno spostamento di tavoli, 1 ora per prendere le ordinazioni, 1 ora per avere l'acqua e 1 altra ora per avere il vino (bianco, caldo), che abbiamo anche fatto riportare indietro. Si salvano dall'insufficienza più totale solo perchè poi ci hanno fatto uno sconto finale per scusarsi di tutti i disagi creati. In compenso la location era molto bella e il brunch (a buffet) davvero ottimo!

A true gem in Rome. Modern rooms, still possessing a classic feel. Perfect location, beautiful breakfast, and a history that is rich and worth researching! Perfect for a personal trip, a romantic trip, or for work, as the meeting space/event space is gorgeous. Cheers to the amazing sales team and wonderful staff. One of my favorite stays in Italy to date.

the hotel itself was so pretty! however, the evening meal wasn’t very good and i did not eat it. however during breakfast the next day the food was pretty good! there was a wide variety and it was above average. however, i was in a room with 3 other people (on a school trip) and there was two beds and a bunk bed. there was no ladder to get to the top bunk and so we had to use alternative methods to get my friend on the top bunk. although it can’t be helped, there was also another school where the boys were really loud! nothing was done about it except their teacher shouting at them one time and then he gave up, so i had to take it upon myself to tell them to be quiet. the staff were somewhat friendly and other than the issues with the beds, the room itself was very clean and comfortable. i would recommend if these issues were resolved :)

The Palazzo Ripetta exceeded all expectations! From the impeccable service to the exquisite room, every aspect of our stay was flawless. The staff was attentive to our every need, and their recommendations were fantastic. The breakfast was amazing, and the location was perfect. We cannot wait to return.

We loved everything this hotel. It is in a quiet but central area with great shopping and restaurants but was also quiet. It was about a 10-15 min walk to the main sightseeing and historic district of Rome. We got upgraded to a super fabulous two-level suite which would be ideal for a family since the upstairs sitting area had a big sofa and an full second bathroom. The staff were all very nice and helpful. I'm not sure how many rooms it has but never felt crowded and all the service was personalized and friendly. Highly recommend for the price and level of service.

Wonderful hotel with lovely staff. From the 'check in experience' to the moment we left the staff were friendly and attentive. The bar staff deserve a special mention for their relaxed but very professional approach to customers. Great location for exploring the city. Breakfast on the 2nd morning was somewhat chaotic with limited food available ( I think this was perhaps down to staff shortages) and a lack of tables. Overall we had a wonderful stay in a wonderful city.
