The hotel is very close to the Vatican. It is not far from the main attractions in Rome. The environment around the hotel is also very quiet, with many small supermarkets and restaurants. I recommend staying in a balcony room, where you can directly see the dome of St. Paul's Basilica. The air conditioning in the room is difficult to adjust, I don't know if it is an exception or the same for everyone.

This hotel is really very nice, behind St. Peter's square and very close to bus and metro stops to reach the city center. The thorough cleaning and attention to the customer are striking. Breakfast with a wide choice of top quality products.

Very good hotel. Rooms are clean and modern with coffee and tea and a minibar. Breakfast was continental with an option to order extra at cost if wanted. Staff were excellent, check in was easy and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. We had a cancelled flight and needed to arrange a later checkout - all done without fuss. A very good experience

Staff pouco preocupado com o hóspede! Chegamos ao hotel às 6:30 AM , depois de um voo de 12 horas . Sabíamos que teríamos que aguardar para fazer um check in. Até aí tudo bem! Deixamos nossas malas no “ guarda volume “ do hotel e fomos andar pelas ruas de Roma. Retornamos ao hotel às 13h e perguntamos se poderíamos ir para o quarto , pois estávamos fora de casa( entre aeroporto e voo) a mais de 24h …. E exatamente as 14h nosso quarto foi liberado! O hotel não estava lotado para fazerem esse tipo de coisa! Na verdade , eu já me hospedei em mil lugares e nunca vi isso! Falta de empatia total com o próximo! A tv do quarto não funcionou em nenhum momento, e confesso que tive até preguiça em reclamar na recepção, pois não aguentava mais olhar para as recepcionistas mal humoradas! Café da manhã bom! Nada extraordinário! Localização espetacular! Vai caminhar uns 5 minutos até a praça central do Vaticano! Pelo preço não recomendo de maneira alguma esse hotel! Existem muitos, muitos mesmo !! Por toda a região ! Hotéis mais em conta !!
