Luxury Trastevere is our hotel of heart when we are in Rome. We feel at home there. Augusto and Claudia are always available, so arriving and checking in was no problem. The rooms (we had both rooms on the 2nd floor, and we were able to look at the third room on the 3rd floor with a beautiful terrace, it is a very nice suite that we will definitely book on our next visit). All 3 rooms are beautifully furnished, you sleep on comfortable beds and have a beautiful view of the via della Paglia and the bell tower of Santa Maria in Trastevere. The windows insulate very well, so that you don't notice much of the hustle and bustle at night, especially since the air conditioning works reliably and quietly. The bathrooms are nice, have good showers and there are fresh towels every day. The walk-in closets are really spacious, there are plenty of hangers and even a fridge which had 2 very welcome bottles of mineral water when we arrived. Also important and a pleasant service: there is a Nespresso machine!! The shared living room is equipped with a small tea kitchen. We always had breakfast downstairs in the square opposite the basilica. This is also a tradition for us, the view of this splendor is priceless! And the best thing of all is stepping out of the house in the evening and being in the middle of the neighborhood. There are countless nice restaurants and bars, and after a lovely evening all you have to do is climb the steep stairs and go to bed, what more could you want! Speaking of stairs: it's wonderful to be able to live in a building from the 14th century, but you should know that the stairs are still original and have quite high steps. Grazie Augusto per l'accoglienza, torneremo presto!

We stayed in this guesthouse in the heart of Trastevere in a very well-kept deluxe room, tastefully furnished and with a large bathroom. The room is quiet despite the location. We had a late arrival problem and the manager met us very kindly.

Perfect location in the center of Trastevere. Very nice and clean rooms with spectacular views. There is also a shared room with a coffee machine and snacks. Period building with beautiful wooden ceilings. All the attractions of Rome are nearby.

We had an excellent time. The climb to the second floor without a lift is certainly a handicap, but it is amply repaid by the welcome received and the availability found on the part of the staff. The room is perfect. Thorough cleaning, comfortable bed, complete bathroom, accessories such as TV, coffee maker, etc. The window overlooks the street below, very popular with tourists, and offers a view of the Roman roofs and Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere. A common area is available for guests of the guest house with a large fridge, waffles and snacks for breakfast, and a sofa. G.G. Pepper

Hello, I stayed for one night, with my family, in this structure. I was pleasantly satisfied with the elegance, cleanliness and priceless location in the heart of Rome. In the immediate vicinity it is also possible to taste the delicacies that Roman cuisine offers. I hope to be able to return as soon as possible. Thanks for the welcome

The accommodation in the middle of trastevere is really perfectly located and beautiful. The rental was easy and the landlady was extremely helpful. The room has everything you need for comfortable accommodation and as I said: location, location, location. It couldn't be better and the garbage and glass collectors in the early morning hours sometimes woke us up, but if you want to live in the city, that's the same. I can only recommend!

This is literally in the heart of Trastavere, an area of Rome that has an active night life (even more active than 2019) and you are in the center of an area overflowing with amazing restaurants. In fact you have to walk through the middle of the patio of one downstairs to get to the front door. Some positives: the room is fairly large and very well decorated. There seem to be only 4 rooms here-3 on the 3rd floor of the building and a steep staircase leading to the suite on the 4th floor. The unattended lobby area on the 3rd floor has a spacious kitchen/living room common area with coffee and tea available at all times. The room has a refrigerator with water (no sign of a mini bar) and is fairly large. The bathroom is excellent and very clean. Some caveats: the stairway is carved stone and fairly steep-it seems like it's on the second floor but it is really the third floor. There is little evidence of staff on site if you need anything, which is fine if you are a self starter and already know what you are doing. One slight warning for light sleepers-the local basilica right outside has a cool system for the neighborhood, one bell rings for the hour, followed by a higher pitch bell that rings once for 15, twice for 30 and three for 45. You can easily keep track of time in the area fairly accurately just by ear. However when the bells are ringing outside your room at 4 am every fifteen minutes like clockwork, you might not sleep very well. Overall, I am very glad I stayed here and would recommend the experience, you cannot beat this place for location. 3.5 stars

This is not a hotel. It’s more like a boarding house with no amenities, unless you like Nescafé instant coffee, or loud and drunk obnoxious party goers outside your window until all hours of the night. We were there for 2 nights and lucky to survive the treacherous stairs to get to our room. There is no staff to help bring the luggage up those stairs. Actually the owner or manager never showed up. The room was unclean ( someone who checked out left their clothes behind a chair which escaped the attention of staff). The website promises luxury, but what we got was misery, discomfort, and indifference. Don’t stay here. You’ll regret it!
