Non conosco l'hotel personalmente in quanto non mi hanno permesso di andarci, la prenotazione è stata cancellata in malo modo dal sales management (che ha detta dei dipendente dell'hotel è una persona che lavora in smartworking ed invia email senza conoscere chi ha davanti) senza se e senza ma. A questo punto ho chiamato chiedendo gentilmente spiegazioni sull'accaduto e mi è stato detto che per policy non accettano minorenni, anche se accompagnati da un adulto, che non sia genitore. Ho chiesto loro il regolamento dell'hotel ma senza nessun riscontro. Per curiosità ho chiamato altri hotel (superiori al Metropolis) chiedendo disponibilità e spiegando la situazione del minore, e tutti e dico tutti, mi hanno ribadito che il problema non sussiste l'importante che in camera ci sia un maggiorenne, anzi alcuni mi hanno chiesto semplicemente una delega (cosa che ho chiesto anche al Metropolis ricevendo come risposta: Signora a noi non interessa la sua prenotazione abbiamo poche camere e quasi al completo, quindi non insista). Fortunatamente è successo in largo anticipo all'arrivo in hotel, così da potermi subito adoperare e non lasciare MIO FIGLIO a dormire sotto i ponti. Allora si in quel caso avrei smosso l'esercito. Di sicuro il Metropolis Hotel di Charme non sarà metà dei miei viaggi.

The hotel was a nice stay and the receptionist was very helpful in guiding us on where to visit Rome's landmarks on a map. One thing I will mention is when the cleaner cleaned the room after we had gone out for the day, when we came back she had done everything apart from leaving us any body wash which was odd as she had given us 6 bottles of shampoo instead?? so I had to go down to reception and get some more body wash from the room but apart from that the hotel was fine.

Stayed for my first time in Rome and it was very nice! Staff was very friendly and helpful and always available, it's minutes away from the train station so accessing sites was very easy, and about a 15 min walk to Vatican City, I highly recommend!

The hotel was clean and welcoming. Room is on the smaller side. However, you can catch the metro or bus within walking distance of the hotel. Also, there is a lot of eatery around and can walk to some of the famous sites. Definitely would stay again.

Great hotel for the price stayed 8 days the room was nice liked that the metro was just down the street very quiet outside and inside. Staff 24hrs and they were very nice an friendly. The only minimal complaint was had breakfast once an the options they had was very minimal also wished they had an iron in the room instead of asking for one every time i need it. Other than that i would go back an use same hotel if I wanted to stay outside of center of rome

Helpful and friendly staff. Not very quiet street. Clean bathroom. Clean dining area with fresh coffee and basic but well stocked breakfast buffet. Walkable to metro station.
Overall comfortable and pleasant hotel and we really did enjoyed our stay.
