B&B privo di personale; tutto svolto on line ed un call center dedicato a più strutture; ho chiesto telefonicamente se potevo entrare prima delle 15.00 a lasciare solo il bagaglio e non era possibile poiché non c’è personale e non si sa se la camera è libera prima delle 15,00. Posto assolutamente da evitare! Il numero della struttura trovato su Internet risponde soll inglese ed anche il check in va fatto on line; se cercate un posto con persone che vi accolgano questo non è il posto giusto; una delusione

We went for our honeymoon and wish we stayed elsewhere…
Started off after a long day waiting at the airport for luggage, to find our double bed we requested were 2 single beds. When this was fit the next day they simply pushed the two singles together. This left a gap in the middle of the bed.
Cons: Shower glass doors almost falling apart, sink was loose from the wall, radiator had dust, bathroom floor had grey dust piles in corners. Very thin walls and ceilings. Could hear every footstep.
Pros: very good quality towels, working air conditioning (hot and cold), tv logged into Netflix and prime, working wifi, luggage holding room, wardrobe and safe. Very good location

nice place and well located. no staff onsite and all comms via email and whatsapp. no where to store luggage. rooms were nice but the pull out bed was broken (didnt raise as an issue) which was a bit uncomfortable for my kids. can also get quite noisy into the late hours.

The hotel is in a great location for walking fun areas. Our room, although ok, looked nothing like the posted photos. We were on the ground level @ the back & our 3 small windows were half below street level so let in very little light. Since we were there in hot September that wasn't as depressing as it would be in winter. The bed was comfortable. There were a few nice amenities like soap, shampoo. Contact-less access was smooth. We'd probably stay there again but would definitely request a different room.

Loved the location, the magnificent lobby and the comfortable bed.
Did not like the fact that our room had no view other than the top of some structures and there was no coffee in the lobby in the morning.

Camera senza riscaldamento. Esperienza pessima. Ti dicono di accendere il condizionatore (molto vecchio), ma esce solo aria fredda anche con temperatura impostata a 30°. Ti dicono di spegnere e riaccendere, ma non cambia nulla. L'aria esce sempre fredda (il condizionatore è decisamente datato e non è possibile impostare le funzioni caldo o freddo o auto). Esperienza pessima

The place was right in the city centre where we were able to walk to all the sights. But cute little side street so it was very quiet. Big room to accommodate us four without feeling cramped. Friendly staff, and unlimited coffee and biscuit bar. We will definitely return :) great value for money!
