Hotel Ciao

My daughter (10 years old) and I are delighted with the hotel. Everything is great, starting from the location (close to Termini station), ending with the wonderful staff and the cleanliness of the room. The staff is very friendly, they help with all issues. The room is clean, simply sterile. White and the towels are ironed and without a single stain. In the bathroom there is delicious-smelling soap and shower gel. The reception is open from 8 am to 10 pm. During this time, there is unlimited coffee, hot chocolate, water and tea. My daughter really liked the chocolate with milk. The mattresses are very comfortable, soft enough. What is missing is one chair in the room, although the room is double. In general, I recommend visiting. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

It’s actually strange that check-in is different from the real place to stay. Google Maps writes check-in at Hotel Ciao, and when we checked in, we were well introduced to the map and taught us how to get to some attractions. But after check-in they took us to another building called the Yellow House, which was very close to the train station, but had to climb the stairs yourself, and the feeling was super scary, like the atmosphere of those tenement houses . Although the room is just fine, the environment is not dirty. But after check-in it was a bit scary to be taken to a very sluggish place, fortunately there was a boy with the side, if not alone or only the girl I really can't accept it. I don't know if it was lucky that nothing happened or what, anyway, it was safe in the end and didn't miss anything, however I don't think normally anyone would like the location for no reason being transferred elsewhere.

The main advantage of the hotel is its proximity to the railway station, literally across the street. Quite a lot of people hang out in the area, there are a couple of establishments nearby for a snack (cafe, restaurant, pizzeria). The sign is inconspicuous, the door opens when the intercom rings, after registering with the key. Reception on the 3rd floor, rooms on the second and third. An unusual archaic elevator with two doors on opposite sides. The staff is friendly. The room is small and without any special complaints. In principle, if you don’t sit in a hotel but walk around the city, then it’s not bad.
