The structure itself and the location are excellent, unfortunately we had a negative experience with the hot water in the evening practically impossible to wash in the evening, which is not so nice, I hope you will find a remedy in this, because you are a good hotel, the staff are very kind everyone, availability, courtesy... among other things we thought it was a room problem, they changed our room but the problem was the same

Perfect stay with lots of things to do nearby! we booked the hotel the morning itself and they even allowed early check in when the room is ready.

Very good this place and the location too. You walk to the Vatican. Access to the metro very fast and accessible. First class facilities. Spanish is spoken at the reception. Recommended!

Hôtel bien situé Malheureusement mal insonorisé, on entend les voisins.. Le petit déjeuner à fuir, à prendre dans un couloir, et lorsqu’on arrive à 7h45 déjà plus de tables disponibles (suivant les jours) . Tout est en sachets, pas de fruits, 1 croissant/ personne et en plus livré dans un sac en papier. Vaisselles en cartons et bois.. # les rois du jetable. Personnels accueillants et de bons conseils

Hidden and quaint. Coolest tiny elevator ever! Very quiet. HUGE towels! Great shower. Very clean. Will be back someday I hope.

I chose this hotel for the locality(to the Vatican). But quite frankly, it's overpriced & underwhelming. I was beyond disappointed. The rooms were small, & the room did not look like it did on the website. The breakfast options are appalling for the price. But the worst thing about this hotel is that above it are residential apar**ents. The walls & floors are so thin you could hear conversations, snoring & much worse!!! Whilst I was there, one resident played music, the same beat for over 4 hours solid. Awful. I would only recommend this hotel for location. Otherwise, complete waste of money.

Reviews made me a little nervous. Pleasantly surprised. Booked this trip with my mum. The location is fantastic. Metro close by & close to shops & landmarks. Room clean and basic. We needed a base & this was perfect. Staff so helpful & friendly! Would definitely recommend & stay again. If you just want to see this wonderful city & have a decent night sleep this is definitely a great place to stay.
