Appena arrivato in struttura, sono stato accoto da una signora che faticava a parlare italiano, il che ha reso la comunicazione piuttosto difficile. La camera assegnatami era ampia, ma totalmente inadatta per un viaggiatore d'affari. Le dotazioni presenti sembravano essere perfette forse negli anni '90, ma ne 2024 risultano obsolete. Ad esempio, anziché servizi moderni, c'era una vasca idromassaggio che riduceva lo spazio e una lampade con cromoterapia sopra al letto, del tutto inappropriate per un ambiente di riposo. Il problema più grande era la mancanza di una tenda o di un oscurante alla finestra, il che significava essere svegliati dai primi bagliori dell'alba, vanificando così il riposo necessario per chi viaggia per lavoro. In conclusione, sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque viaggi per motivi lavorativi. Spero che possano migliorare i loro servizi per offrire un'esperienza più adeguata ai tempi moderni.

We stayed here for 4 nights and found it to be acceptable. The main positives are the location which is right next to the spanish steps and the Spagna metro station. Also, there is a free breakfast in the restaurant right outside the hotel. They offer you only limited options from the menu, but its great to get your day started. The hotel itself seems like it was once pretty luxurious, or at least that's what they were going for. However, it definitely needs some upkeep. We had the izen, which seems to be the largest room. It was very dark and quite worn out. The hot-tub seemed nice, but was rather difficult just to take a regular shower in. The wardrobe was also very old. The staff were friendly but we didn't really interact with them a lot. They are supposed to be onsite starting 8:15 but they always showed up about half an hour late. Check-in was smooth but they also didn't explain anything about the room or offer much information. All in all, I would only consider staying here for the location and the included breakfast, but it wasn't the most comfortable stay.

Locale in pienissimo centro a Roma a due passi tra alcuni tra i luoghi Iconici della Città Terna tra cui Piazza di Spagna. Stanze innovative e high tech, letti comodi, ottimo confort termico nonostante il caldo esterno afoso, bagno piccolo forse troppo e senza bidet, e migliorabile il Wi-Fi.

Abbiamo soggiornato per tre notti in questa struttura, la posizione è perfetta. La brutta sorpresa l'abbiamo avuta la mattina dopo il nostro arrivo, quando la ragazza alla reception ci ha negato il coupon per la colazione dicendo che la colazione non era inclusa!!! La colazione è pubblicizzata tra i servizi offerti e in nessun modo " selezionabile" come servizio aggiuntivo! Ho trovato questo comportamento scorretto e ingannevole.
