As soon as I arrived at the facility, I was greeted by a lady who struggled to speak Italian, which made communication rather difficult. The room assigned to me was large, but totally unsuitable for a business traveler. The present equipment seemed to be perfect perhaps in the 90s, but in 2024 they are obsolete. For example, instead of modern amenities, there was a hydromassage tub that reduced the space and chromotherapy lamps above the bed, completely inappropriate for a rest environment. The biggest problem was the lack of a curtain or blackout on the window, which meant being woken up by the first gleams of dawn, thus frustrating the necessary rest for business travelers. In conclusion, I strongly advise against this property to anyone traveling for business reasons. I hope they can improve their services to offer an experience more suited to modern times.

We stayed here for 4 nights and found it to be acceptable. The main positives are the location which is right next to the spanish steps and the Spagna metro station. Also, there is a free breakfast in the restaurant right outside the hotel. They offer you only limited options from the menu, but its great to get your day started. The hotel itself seems like it was once pretty luxurious, or at least that's what they were going for. However, it definitely needs some upkeep. We had the izen, which seems to be the largest room. It was very dark and quite worn out. The hot-tub seemed nice, but was rather difficult just to take a regular shower in. The wardrobe was also very old. The staff were friendly but we didn't really interact with them a lot. They are supposed to be onsite starting 8:15 but they always showed up about half an hour late. Check-in was smooth but they also didn't explain anything about the room or offer much information. All in all, I would only consider staying here for the location and the included breakfast, but it wasn't the most comfortable stay.

Place in the very center of Rome, a stone's throw from some of the iconic places of the Terna City including the Spanish Steps. Innovative and high tech rooms, comfortable beds, excellent thermal comfort despite the sultry heat outside, perhaps too small a bathroom without a bidet, and the Wi-Fi could be improved.

We stayed for three nights in this property, the location is perfect. We had the bad surprise the morning after our arrival, when the girl at the reception denied us the breakfast coupon saying that breakfast was not included!!! Breakfast is advertised among the services offered and in no way "selectable" as an additional service! I found this behavior incorrect and deceptive.
