I have tried contacting this hotel several times after we accident booked this hotel and cancelled within hours and requested cancellation- they cancelled our reservation but took our money $900 They won't respond to any of our emails

This property is located right next to St. Peter’s Basilica (5 min walk), has a good selection of items for breakfast and comfortable rooms. My family and I had a very pleasant 3 day stay in Rome, and this hotel, along with its staff, were a good chunk of that! Thank you Sandro!

We had a great time! Thank you very much, greetings from the couple from Genoa! Go Rome!!! Sandro is a true Roma fan and his partner Massimo, despite being from Lazio, is very nice, their football teasing is too funny! A hug and see you soon!

Excellent all-round structure ready for every need with managers available to solve all the problems posed by tourists or anyone passing by their structure. Warm and welcoming like a home, with immediate availability of the common room for a coffee or a snack or whatever you want. We also needed to postpone baggage claim and once the need was met the problem was solved. Excellent position. Clean, if we return to Rome we know where to go

Great location, clean rooms and friendly, professional staff. Compliments to the staff for their customer care. To visit Rome, very convenient location and close to everything. I will definitely come back.

Clean room and everything served, well-stocked breakfast room, excellent welcome, the owner gave us all the precise directions to get to the building which is located near the Vatican, the bus stop right in front of the house, supermarket downstairs, rotisserie bar pharmacy tobacconist, excellent location, ideal for groups of families and companies, we were 5 families and we occupied almost all the rooms and had a great time. I definitely recommend it!

Excellent location located a stone's throw from San Pietro, excellent cleaning service and staff always available with their friendliness and professionalism with the surplus of a truly tasty breakfast to start the day off to a great start.... thanks for the magnificent stay!

Excellent property 10 minutes walk from San Pietro. The b&b is very well looked after, the manager is very kind and very helpful. The rooms are very clean and equipped with every comfort. Excellent breakfast. Super recommended

Close to the Vatican, with a bus stop in front of the hotel. The San Pietro Renfe stop is just a few meters away. If you arrive in Rome at the Fiumichino airport you take the train to Trastevere (one stop) and from Trastevere to this hotel it is half an hour... To ride that train it is worth the daily, two-day, three-day or weekly bonus and you don't pay the Leonardo Express hazing. We got a weekly voucher with which we moved around the city and we were able to go from the airport to the hotel and vice versa with the same ticket.... you can even go to see Ostia Beach with that ticket (and it is half an hour from Rome from the Pirámide stop) My husband, my daughter and I spent five fantastic nights in this hotel... Each room has a color. We got the gray one. Everything was perfect, the room was super clean, with a refrigerator, air conditioning, great beds and my daughter's sofa bed was great. The shower is very spacious... they put your shower accessories (soap, gel and shampoo). The refrigerator is replenished every day with milk, juice, yogurt... Right next door we had the breakfast room and whenever you came back you could go in and make yourself a coffee, or toast, or have an orange, a muffin or cookie or panettone... I have been in 4 star hotels that have never had such attention.... We were there the first week of July when it was very hot and we got to the room and we could have our juice or fresh milk . Many four-star hotels give you a minibar and then charge you for what you have drunk and this attention that this gentleman from the establishment has had was included in the price... bad! The owner, very friendly and pleasant, greeted us upon arrival and said goodbye when we left. He left us a key to the portal, the house and our room and we came and went when we wanted... It was like being in our own house. 100% recommended. If one day I return to Rome I will return to this hotel. A complete success.... it's FANTASTIC! By the way.... Rome is full of fountains.... Don't do the trick of buying bottled water. We are the first to buy mineral water when we go somewhere... but we noticed that everyone filled their bottles at these fountains and we tried to see... The water that comes out of these fountains is mineral. It is always running and it is very good.... try the water of ROME....

Fixed stop in Rome now! It feels like going to a second home. This year too I found a more than welcoming, clean, comfortable place with Massimo (host) super helpful. Looking out the window of the balcony of the B&B and finding yourself in front of the dome is not for everyone. Thanks to the wonder of the Sistine Chapel, a beautiful sun and a good dinner, The Colors of Rome will become the annual destination for me and the family. The joy and care of the rooms with attention to detail in the colors is undoubtedly an added value to our Roman weekend.
