The hotel was always clean, and near the city, and within walking distance of almost every tourist attractions, and those that are not within walking distance, there is a metro station near the hotel, so we can visit it. The staff, and especially Sara, the receptionist, was the most helpful. She spoke English with us, gave us maps of the city, with every tourist attraction circled so we can visit it. She explained everything, and hooked us up with a free tour guide, who showed us around historic monuments, with perfect English. 100% would recommend this hotel.

I visited Rome for 3 nights and booked myself to stay here on a solo trip and the place was perfect. The location of Monti First was amazing as it was within walking distance of all the sites I wanted to see. They also offer free experiences which I didn't manage to look into as I already had plans while I was there. Communication between the hotel and me was great as I first struggled to find it however they messaged me through Whatsapp to guide me there. One member of staff that was a big help was Elisa. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone who's visiting Rome.

I will definitely go back to this tourist residence in an ancient building, all in one with the Eliseo Theatre. Extraordinarily well located halfway between the very city centre and Termini Railway station, both at walkable distance. There is no "hotel" sign outside the big wooden portal (you must search the intercom's menu for the hotel reception ring). You will also have to share stairs and the vintage lift with lawyers, notaries and the theatre administration, who have their offices in the building. Moreover, the reception is on the third floor. Apart from such an unusual (not that unusual in Italy) arrangement, you will find lovely, comfortable and fully equipped rooms with private bathrooms and all the comforts (heating, air conditioning, safe, coffee machine). Moreover, the staff is splendidly nice and helpful. Reception is not open at night: call in advance or refer to their associated hotel nearby (you will receive instructions with your reservation).

La posizione è ottima. E' in pieno centro, per chi vuole spostarsi a piedi è l'ideale. Camera pulita, personale gentile e disponibile. La colazione non era inclusa, ma la mattina mi è stato gentilmente offerto del succo di arancia e della crostata.

I have travelled the World and stayed in more Hotels i care to remember. I will remember this one for ll the wrong reasons. The room was disgraceful couldn't even open bar fridge without hitting the end of the bed could not have breakfast at hotel apparently against the law. Then directed to have breakfast at some other hotel down the road what with all our efforts could not find. when i notified staff they couldn't believe it but did not bother to try to explain where this other breakfast took place. Our Coffee machine broke down and actually never worked they took it away never to be seen again so no coffee in the morning so bad luck. I found staff to be mostly pleasant but also ill-informed i found Management to be rude and abrupt. In conclusion anyone wanting to book with Monti First GOODLUCK I am not a hard person to please but WOW.

Excellente situation qui permet de visiter Rome à pied. Chambre et salle de bain propre dans un environnement très calme et sécurisé. Bien équipé : sèche cheveux, machine café,… Personnel agréable et disponible. Mesures anti covid. Excellent rapport qualité/prix.

El hotel es muy peculiar, empezando porque está unicado en la planta de un edificio sin ninguna identificación, te dan las llaves ya que no hay recepción. No hay cocina con lo que el desayuno es una cesta con biscotes, miel, mermelada… en la habitación te dejan lo necestio para hacerte un café. No está mal pero has de comer en la habitación que resulta muy incómodo, además no nos dejaron cucharas, no nos llenaron el depósito de la cafetera etc… un poco desastre. La habitación no está mal pero si buscas dormir bien no es tu hotel: cama mala y almohadas muy planas. El baño tiene lo imprescindible aunque el grifo de la ducha no iba muy bien. La tv no tiene canales internacionales. Si buscas algo barato y bien comunicado esta bien, pero cómodo no resulta.

Un hôtel confortable, avec une jolie chambre spacieuse, une salle de bain toute équipée, et une équipe super. Les lits sont confortables, et grands . L’emplacement est juste IDÉAL, nous avons tout fait à pieds de Trastevere au Vatican en passant par l’immanquable Colisée. Merci à Lorena pour son sourire chaque matin! Une petite collation vous sera offerte chaque jour, ce qui est fort agréable avant de partir en exploration Romaine. Nous comptons y revenir pour notre prochain séjour à Rome. Nous ne sommes vraiment pas déçus, et le rapport qualité/prix/emplacement est très correcte.
