The location is easy to find, but it doesn't feel safe near the train station. The hotel is relatively old, maybe Rome as a whole is like this.
Facilities: Relatively old. The air conditioner cannot be turned on by itself. It needs to be controlled by the front desk. The operation sound is very loud.
Hygiene: Pretty good.
Environment: Overall, it's okay. There are many restaurants and the like around, which is quite convenient. Breakfast is included, which is very convenient.
Service: When I checked in, I was told that I had to pay city tax. When I checked out, I was told that there was a fee for using a credit card. It’s not a big deal, but it’s annoying if I don’t proactively inform you. Including asking for water at the front desk, they were not told whether the water was charged or not, and they had to ask. A bit passive.

Ideal location, staff is very cheerful and pleasant. The rooms are modern, the breakfast is rich and with lots of choice. We recommend and will return without hesitation.

Arrived at the hotel , greeted by pleasant staff , who took us to our room , it wasn’t massive but for us it was just a base for a shower and sleep . The room was very clean the bathroom spotless and the bed was comfortable and that’s all I could have hoped for so for us our overall experience was a good one so I would highly recommend this hotel
