İki günlük Roma gezimizde merkezi olması açısından tercih ettiğimiz otel , eski bir apartmanın tek bir dairesinden dönüştürülmüş aynı koridora açılan 4 oda ve onlara ait 4 özel banyo dan (banyolar odaların dışında) ibaret. Resepsiyon görevlisini sadece odalara girişte gördük..oda ve banyo yeterli konfor ve temizliğe sahipti. Otopark otele yakın bir binada anlaşmalı ve indirimliydi. Kahvaltı yakın bir kafedeki son derece lezzetsiz bir kruvasan ve kahveden ibaret.Oda kahvaltı almasak daha iyi olurmuş..Çevrede restoran kafe bulmakta zorluk çekmiyorsunuz.Her yere yürüyerekte metroyla da ulaşmak kolay. personale gentile, colazione inclusa al bar, letto comodo e stanza e bagno puliti, unica pecca le porte delle camere sono vecchie dunque si sentono molto i rumori in corridoio e delle altre camere.

Soggiorno di due notti nel complesso positivo, camera pulita e spaziosa, con frigobar contenente due bottiglie di acqua. A disposizione anche un bollitore. Bagno piccolo, senza bidet e senza finestra, con lo scarico del wc piuttosto rumoroso che si “attiva” anche durante l’utilizzo della doccia e del lavandino. Colazione inclusa nel prezzo unica vera delusione… viene servita in un bar (vicinissimo) con un caffè/cappuccino, bicchierino di succo e brioche, non molto di qualità. Comoda la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out con a disposizione le chiavi per tornare a riprenderli.

Guest house on the first floor of a building with a very dated lift that we have never used or seen in operation. The apartment does not have a reception but check-in takes place between 3 and 7 pm by appointment, at other times you pay. The owner will start calling you two days before to find out how you are arriving, on what flight, at what time, etc. because she has to organize herself because the girls only go for 5 minutes to let you in. Basically it will stress you out until you get there. Despite this incessant request for arrival time, we found the room cold, the heat pump off and it took 4 hours to bring the room to an acceptable temperature, the bathroom always remained cold. We are told that cleaning would be carried out between 10 and 15, but the reality is that they only clean the room if it is free when the cleaner is in the building otherwise "desole", yes, she works between 10 and 3pm but in six different structures, so it's now or never. In the bathroom there is a miserable hanger for shower towels, so maybe one can dry if there are two of you, you will reuse the one underneath wet as happened to me. Obviously being an apartment it has no breakfast room which is done in a bad bar under the hotel, rudeness reigns supreme. The same bar on Fridays is a meeting point for all the young people aged 16/18 in the area who stay downstairs from 8pm to 1am, so if you are sensitive to noise at night, being on the first floor, this could bother you . In short, for that price you can find much better.

Already the t****th time we stay here. The hostess Barbara is still just as friendly and helpful. In the area you will find more than enough bars and restaurants to satisfy your hunger and thirst. A few minutes walk from Ottaviano metro station so very easy to get around Rome thanks to the simple metro lines. In the morning you can eat a few meters from the hotel. You will receive tickets from the hostess for this. These are good for a delicious cappuccino and croissant. Room is good, bed is fantastic just don't move when you take a shower. Then it looks like there is an explosion 😉 Recommended.
