Cet hotel est juste inutile, il devrait disparaitre. Son prix est juste trop haut pour la prestation, rien , mais rien est cool dans cet hotel, pas de reception, elle ferme a 12h30, ensuite c'est deux codes a faire , celui de l'immeuble et celui de la porte de l'hotel qui se trouve au 4eme etage, d'un immeuble vintage....Bref si vous aimez aller chez mamie, ou tata qui n'a pas refait son appartment depuis moult annees....je vous y invite le revivre..si vous cherche un truc dans son jus, n'hesitez pas.....

This place is small but excellently maintained. The staff were so very friendly and helpful. Check in is super easy no matter what time you arrive. The terrace areas make it really easy to relax in the outdoors. The metro station is right outside the doors too. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

This is a small hotel, maybe 5 or 6 rooms. It's a little bit out of the way, but it is very convenient to the metro. The room was small but everything was clean and worked. We enjoyed the breakfast on the balcony and in the evenings there was a balcony where we could sit and enjoy a glass of wine. The reception area was not staffed all day, but it didn't cause us any problem, just something to keep in mind if you are arriving after hours.

Siamo stati in questo hotel per una notte posizione ottima perché a due passi dalla metro policlinico, ma purtroppo le camere poco confortevoli e letto scomodissimo. Colazione fatta in terrazza e molto piacevole vista la bella stagione. Personale molto disponibile.

Nice little 4th floor "hotel" with 5 rooms. You get what you pay for at a reasonable price so don't expect anything too fancy. Staff were really nice and there were no problems whatsoever. Breakfast is basic Italian breakfast meaning coffee, sweet croissant and some fruits with a possibility to have yoghurt. If you want more, there are places to grab more breakfast nearby. Location is convenient with the metro station Policlinico just around the corner. Really good place to stay while exploring Rome.

Do not stay here. Bad part of town and extremely poor building. Less than professional staff. I left and found a different hotel.
