Beautiful hotel! Great location! Plenty of restuarants, shops and sites within walking distance. Staff is gracious and helpful! Accommodations are very nice both on room and common areas.
I highly recommend Hotel Della Conciliazione.

The room is above the breakfast room. The exhaust fan is a bit noisy, but otherwise it's fine. Some rooms are not directly accessible by the elevator and require carrying luggage up half a flight of stairs.

I was concerned that the business trip was imminent, so it was rushed. Nevertheless, the hotel location was better than I thought and the cleanliness was good.

The staff was sweeet, especially the lady in the looby and the ladies in the eating room. The hotel is not that big, but the rooms are still nice and clean. The hotel is very close to the Vatican, in a street filled with restaurants. Best pasta I ate was the ravioli in the restaurant in front of the hotel!

Pros- great location, lovely breakfast, amazing water pressure in the shower, no noise from the busy street below, air conditioning. Cons- this is a big one for us- our room was tiny. Only enough space for one person at a time to be stood up and moving around the room. We were in room 112 which was much small than nearly all the rooms on our floor- according to the floor plan near the lifts. Very little storage. Had to have one suit case in the bathroom as no where else to store it. Chair at desk but not enough space between the end of the bed and the desk to pull the chair out so you were either sat on the bed or stood up- in rotation. It didn’t feel 4 star because of this. It would have made a cosy single room. Something to note- not the hotel’s fault but we weren’t aware of the tourism tax. It cost €60 for two adults for 4 nights. We booked a package deal with Jet2 and had no idea about this tax- our own over-sight but be aware of this. You have to pay this when you check in.

Great place and excellent location. We loved that we could pop out the door and were close to so many sites. Staff helpful and friendly. Room was clean and had ample space. Breakfasts were excellent. Lovely courtyard off of our room with private table and chairs.

The hotel offers first class service from when you arrive to when you leave. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially Ricardo and the kitchen staff. The rooms are very clean and there is no noise from adjoining rooms. The location is superb for the sights of Rome and the restaurants nearby are very good. This was my fourth stay at the hotel and can't wait for my fifth.
