Room is big and location was great, only 6 mins walking to the train station, which is very convenient if you have to catch the night bus to airport from the station. I was in the room facing the road on the 3rd floor, pretty okay view, but the bathroom has no door, I suppose also okay if you are traveling alone.
Luggage storage was not locked and mixed with bags of other guests, it was still safe but I would suggest to bring your own small padlock just to keep your bags secured.
There is a mini market right next door for mini snacks or water.

Queda muy cerca de la estación termini y a 20 minutos caminando del coliseo y todos los lugares turísticos, las instalaciones del hotel están un poco viejas y en mi habitación la verdad dejaba mucho que desear, la puerta del baño estaba doblada y no se podía cerrar bien, paredes desgastadas, para dormir está bien.

Отель расположен недалеко ж/д вокзала Термини (на достаточно безопасной на вид улице, по сравнению со многими другими в этом районе) и Оперного театра. И до того, и до другого минут 5 пешком. Вокруг много кафе и баров.
Отель старый и нуждается в ремонте. Светлые номера с солнечным светом только на фото, по факту все окна закрыты ставнями (в номере весь день темно как ночью). Справедливости ради, стоит отметить, что так делают многие отели. Номера на 5-м этаже мансардные (скошенный потолок, вместо нормального окна небольшое, размером с форточку, в потолке). Лифт единственный, очень медленный, порой приходится долго ждать. Если заезжает какая-то группа, в лифт очередь.
В номере чисто. Сотрудники отеля стараются (ребята на ресепшн приветливые и стараются помочь по мере возможностей), но в целом организация процессов в отеле хромает. Например, заберут полотенце для ног в стирку, а новое вместо него не положат (и так несколько дней). Или есть телевизор, но нет пульта к нему.
Завтрак - выпечка (круассаны, кекс) и напитки (кофе, чай, сок, молоко). Есть кукурузные хлопья. Больше ничего. За эту стоимость ожидала хотя бы завтрак получше.
В целом не ужасно, но соотношение цена/качество не очень.
