NEVER AGAIN. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I had booked for 4 nights, 2 people, STANDARD double room with private bathroom. We arrive at the facility, a girl who doesn't speak Italian well "welcomes" us, makes us pay a 40 euro tourist tax when in reality it was written at the time of booking: €32.00, but ok... now comes the nice, he takes us to the room and tells us that there were two shared bathrooms (outside our room and also used by other people. BUT I had booked for a room with PRIVATE bathroom. In my booking and check-in data there is no 'it was the shadow of the reservation with shared bathroom; I see everything, screen, email, reservation etc but nothing, he also makes me speak to the manager but they deny everything, I ask for a refund and they tell me that it is not possible to have it. Furthermore they tell me that everything was a problem of the agency from which I had booked, but above all they tell me that the private bathroom would have been confirmed based on availability, but obviously this is also completely false, because in our room there was a door, probably the bathroom tried) locked, so regardless, the private bathroom was AVAILABLE I resign myself and go to the room, room completely full of dust, fridge that smelled, "balcony" completely black with dirt, the sockets next to the bed are underneath and it was not possible to charge the phone, broken lock on the room, light bulb on the dresser only present in one, dirty floor, in short NON-EXISTENT CLEANING. Then I thought "well maybe the bathrooms are in better conditions and I won't complain if I have a shared bathroom", so I take courage and go into the shared bathrooms to have a look...I go in...a suffocating stench of waste, feces and dirty environment, bathroom in VERY BAD CONDITION, ILLEGAL bathroom (I attach photos), broken shower cubicle that didn't even close, non-existent hand soap except for washing dishes... dirty toilet, unusable sink and shelf, very dirty and yellowed hairdryer, ruined doors that didn't even close properly, I had to buy a sanitizing spray and clean the toilet and sit on a "cleaner" seat, taps completely covered in limestone, there were no towels... Second day: floor still dirty, bed not made, they practically did NOT enter the room to clean and make the bed, I wait until the third day, leave the house and return around 4pm, bed the same as it was when I left, floor still dirtier and still with my 3 day old hair (photo attached) anyway, zero cleanliness. I decide to change hotels for the other 2 remaining nights, it was not acceptable to sleep in that dump, I go to a THREE STAR hotel where my stay changes completely, I lived in clean, fragrant and in a room that was always clean and always arranged. I then call the B&B gialel to communicate that I at least wanted a refund of the tourist tax (at least the two nights, even if I should have asked for EVERYTHING because I didn't have any type of room service), I still tell you about what happened, the dirt etc., do you know what they did? I didn't even have time to talk before they slammed the phone in my face and blocked the number so it was impossible to trace them. I obviously contacted trip.com who subsequently contacted them but they didn't even accept half of the stay. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, IF YOU DON'T WANT TO HAVE A NIGHTMARE STAY, STAY AWAY FROM THIS ROOM RENTAL, THEY **** YOUR MONEY, THEY MAKE YOU PAY THE TOURIST TAX AND THEY DON'T EVEN CLEAN A SMALL CRUMBS, NOT EVEN COME IN. Lo único que podemos rescatar es el barrio donde está ubicado y que estás a 20 minutos del centro, andando. Tienes una farmacia y una tienda a pasos. La limpieza pésima, entramos y había basura de los huéspedes anteriores. Las puertas y cerraduras en mal estado. No funciona la calefacción y tampoco tienes cobertores suficientes para no pasar frío. El servicio de limpieza solo hace tu cama, no limpian o reponen papel higiénico. No puedes usar el ascensor.

Buono come b&b, carino piccolo ma accogliente e pulito, manca il bidet però il personale è molto accogliente e disponibile. Ottima posizione, zona tranquilla e perfetta, si possono raggiungere le principali attrazioni anche a piedi, lo consiglio.

Dans l’ensemble, séjour convenable car proche du centre. Quelques petits déboires au début, pas d’eau pendant 2 h alors que nous voulions prendre la douche, puis pas de wifi pendant 1jr. Sinon, hôte avenant et prêt à aider.
