Arrivato in hotel ci hanno accolto in modo molto caloroso ho lì addetti alla reception sono stati gentilissimi e molto professionali pronto ad accogliere ogni nostra richiesta e sono stati molto disponibili. Camere perfette la pulizia impeccabile e le addette alle pulizie gentili cortesi e professionali in tutto insomma un posto dove mi piacerebbe tornare lo consiglio a persone che come me hanno bisogno di pace e tranquillità

it looks like a hotel, but a very bad hotel. although it boasts of having three stars, I don't know by what standard, realistically it can only have one star. the room is very small. the shower cabin is extremely small, I can't lift my hand, not to mention bend down to wash my toes. the bed is extremely narrow and small. the breakfast is very poor. coffee with breakfast is desperate. the hotel is located in an industrial zone, not far from Ciampino airport, so planes are constantly flying overhead. the hotel is very far from Rome. you need to walk 15 minutes to the bus station, from where you need a 15 minute bus ride to the last stop of aubway that goes to Rome city center. you need at least an hour to drive to the city center of Rome.

Hotel prenotato perché vicinissimo all ippodromo Capanelle dove era previsto un concerto degli Arctic Monkeys. Arriviamo e rimaniamo un po’ spiazzate dal fatto che fosse lontano da tutto ciò che può servire ad un turismo non automunito. Ma la scelta era stata fatta solo per la vicinanza al luogo del concerto… comunque stanze pulite e confortevoli. Personale veramente educato disponibile e cordiale. Abbiamo avuto un problema con l’aria condizionata che è stato prontamente risolto appena segnalato.

Ho soggiornato una notte, prenotazione on line. Posizione dell'albergo zona aeroporto Ciampino. Pulizia nella norma, le stanze andrebbero un attimo riviste per una rinnovata. Nel complesso ok se cercate un hotel veloce da raggiungere e comodo per il raccordo.

Albergo vecchiotto in periferia, utile come posizione mal gestito. Ci hanno chiesto anche lo scontrino a colazione perché non si fidavano che pagassimo. Sconsigliato , tranne che per necessità in giro c'è molto di meglio e a prezzo migliore

The location is very undesirable; it is surrounded by industrial lots and a highway. There are very limited options for food if you do not have a car given the lack of sidewalks. The hotel restaurant was not open. The staff was very helpful, though, and the room was relatively clean and in good order. One good point is it is close to the airport, which was the main reason I picked it. We had an early flight, and the staff arranged a taxi pick-up for us.
