Ho soggiornato lo scorso weekend presso questa struttura. LOCATION situata in un ottima posizione; Molto carine e curate le camere. Unica nota negativa, la mancanza di una bottiglietta d’acqua nel frigobar (presente all’interno delle camere) ed in tutta la struttura. In piena notte ci siamo ritrovati dinanzi ad una situazione d’emergenza privi di acqua, considerando gli orari dei locali nel rispetto delle norme COVID-19 ed i comfort di base che dovrebbe offrire una struttura di questo tipo, ci siamo ritrovati nel disagio e nella delusione totale. Concludo nell’augurio che la mia recensione possa essere frutto di progresso per la struttura e per i prossimi visitatori.

Good hotel overall. However the A/C in the room was broken. we reported the problem to the manager who didn't answer us. He only replied the next day when we reported again, saying that there was a broken part that needed to be replaced.we were given no other option. not an apology or anything. we had to put up with the oven in the room and not complain. it was not a good attitude on the part of the management towards us.we were treated with total indifference.
