Had a lovely stay here! Very central, able to walk to everything (except Vatican, but easy enough to get an Uber).
Staff very friendly and accommodating
Building currently getting done throughout the building, so wasn’t the nicest place to walk in and out off and was up 3 flights of stairs with no lift, however the room was nice enough.

We booked this room for a few days after a cruise. It's not a hotel but a "guest house", meaning a private room and bathroom, but other public spaces. The location is great and we walked to everything. The staff is helpful and we enjoyed the outdoor common space each evening. You do need to haul your luggage up stairs, as there isn't an elevator. If you are the type of traveler who spends minimal time in your room, this is a great option!

The accommodation is very well located. The service is very good. The room is small, but with a good bed and a great shower. There is no breakfast option, but there are several options close to the accommodation, including Mc Café. The negative point is that it is on the third floor and there is no elevator. Climbing the stairs is tiring after a day walking around Rome. Not suitable for people with limited mobility. There are other accommodation options nearby.

It was a great central part of the old city.
Ignatious was lovely and he was very helpful.
Our room was ok. The walls were paper thin. But, we have nothing to complain about. We were very happy with our stay.

The location is perfect. On a great shopping street. The rooms face the courtyard and are very quiet. We had a small balcony. Rooms small but very fashionable and equipped with everything. Very clean and practical. Anna is very friendly, committed and organized a great transfer for us.
The ROM weekend was simply perfect

The guest house is completely renovated and very well located, Anna's service was impeccable. Cleaning too. They should have warned that there was construction on the building's facade, we couldn't open the curtains as there were people working this was unpleasant and spoiled the view of the city and on Saturday we were woken up before 9am with the noise. But overall very good. I recommend.

Our stay in Rome (3 days and 3 nights) went perfectly well.
The accommodation was perfect (clean, well appointed, excellent bedding) and very well located in Rome (2 metro stops from the station, a few minutes from the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon...)
The hotel team is very friendly and available (both on arrival to locate us on a map and advise us on activities and restaurants nearby) and for departure by organizing a shuttle to the airport at 10 p.m. evening for a departure at 5:30 a.m. the next day...
In short, we recommend this establishment without any reservation.
