The location is great! The room had all the basic necessities so we had no inconveniences. The buffet breakfast was delicious.

the agency booked this place for us due to its proximity to the Vatican. Price quality WE ARE NOT THERE. vintage location and perhaps worse... some rooms with shared bathroom... we were not warned. Cleanliness quite normal. They are carrying out the renovation of the upper floors. Some spacious and well equipped rooms....in other dilapidated floors. Breakfast of a higher standard... above the norm, in a brand new and very clean place. Helpful and kind staff. Tourist tax paid 6 euros for 1 star🤔... but shouldn't it have been 4.50? All in all it can be done for 2 days.

It is located less than two blocks from the San Pietro train station that connects with the FL1 to the airport, the different metro lines, Termini and Tiburtina. The area seemed safe and very quiet to me. It is very close to the Vatican, but one can walk to the center of Rome from there. Cleanliness, attention and buffet breakfast: everything perfect. The room was basic (with private bathroom), but had good wifi and hot shower. It's a shame that at night I was a little cold because the heating was turned off. I needed to ask for a blanket. The only good thing about the accommodation is the location, close to the Vatican and a stone's throw from the train station. The breakfast was very basic, some fruit was missing, sometimes some products ran out and they took a while to replenish or did not replenish. Some rooms do not have a private bathroom and guests leave the room to use the outside toilet causing noise and disturbance. The bathroom with a peeling ceiling, the shower old and broken in the corner. Dirt accumulated in corners and pipes. The access hall to the rooms had no light.

Excellent location, a stone's throw from San Pietro, very central. Recommended especially for pilgrimage groups and families. Very kind and super helpful staff, they know how to make people feel like family, they really pamper them. Very clean. Excellent buffet breakfast. Very nice, clean rooms, daily linen change and incredible view. They will restore the internal restaurant (unfortunately during our stay they were unable to provide this service), which is important for elderly customers. Our group had a great time, we will absolutely recommend him and if we return to Rome we will contact him again.

Basic but clean hotel minutes from The Vatican. Rooms are en-suite and have a variety of bed numbers. Many have a balcony or terrace - this is worth booking. The rooms have air-con or a fan, the fan was fine for me. Breakfast is continental and served in a bright basement room. There is a good selection. There are restaurants and mini markets a few minutes walk from the hotel. The lift was broken while we were there so would not be suitable for anyone unable to climb the stairs. There is a church available for anyone on a pilgrimage and a common room. Staff were efficient. A great location for anyone wanting easy access to the Vatican.
