Gorgeous hotel! Very clean rooms, excellent shower, hot water, hairdryer, clean towels, daily cleaning, very good location - everything is nearby, polite and helpful staff! Help with any question!

L'albergo si trova in una posizione strategica, al centro di Roma. Ubicato all'interno di un palazzo, quindi non facile da trovare. È un modesto albergo 3 stelle al prezzo di un 4 stelle superior. Ci hanno dato una camera a pian terreno, dove si sentiva in continuazione il rumore dei motori dell'aria condizionata....abbiamo chiesto di cambiare se possibile la stanza...ma ovviamente non ne avevano. Se una persona viene in vacanza e non può dormire per il rumore non è più una vacanza. Comunque abbiamo capito. Ma il momento più bello è stato quando abbiamo lasciato la stanza: check-out previsto per le 10.30 (che già....siamo in vacanza!!!) ma la cosa più bella è stata la telefonata che ci è stata fatta dalla receptionist alle 10.35 per dirci che eravamo in ritardo sul check-out e quindi ci avrebbero addebitato 20€!!! Cosa??? In realtà noi eravamo usciti presto la mattina e non avevamo messo fuori le valigie perché ci siamo accorti che non avevano una stanza per custodire ma le lasciavano li alla reception in bella vista e incustodite. In più l'intenzione era di rientrare in orario ma dati i tempi dei trasporti romani non ci siamo riusciti. Nella vita a volte ci sono degli imprevisti, un minimo di tolleranza. Alla fine abbiamo lasciato la stanza con 40 minuti di ritardo, di cui 20 spesi in una lunga discussione con la receptionist e pagando i famosi 20€. È la prima volta che mi capita in un hotel di dover spaccare il secondo per il check-out, di dover pagare 20€ per una cosa del genere e di avere a che fare con una totale inflessibilita'. Mi è più sembrata un "volere i 20€ in più" che una questione di regole: 40 minuti non cambiano assolutamente nulla nella routine giornaliera check-in/check-out. La signorina della reception ha pure ammesso che si lamentano in molti. E se quindi rivedeste la vostra politica per andare incontro al cliente e non rubare soldi alla gente visto che già per essere un 3 stelle ha un costo oltre la norma? Almeno spero che i 20€ siano andati alla signora che rassetta le stanze....dubito! Comunque non lo consiglio.

Location was very good, easy to walk everywhere. The noise proofing of the hotel is very poor. You can hear footsteps of people walking in the corridors or the doors in the surrounding rooms opening and closing. We were woken up a lot from noise, the cleaners simply opening plastic bags with fresh clean sheets outside in the hall sounded like there was someone in the room. Front staff were very friendly and the room was clean.

I have traveled for five months now and this Has to be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I cannot control the heat in the room it has to be controlled from the reception. The problem is is there’s no one there in the reception, the problem is is, there is no one in reception, and the reason why is because the person that manages the reception also does housekeeping the reception breakfast, etc. it started with me not being able to get access to the hotel because it’s also is also shared with local residences in the area and you need get through security just to gain access needless to say it was pouring with rain I had just arrived and could not get in. I am currently looking for another hotel to stay at as this is unacceptable.

Rooms a very comfortable size. Quiet area. Very close walk to all the attractions. Front desk staff always helpful.
