I have travelled in Italy extensively and must say that staying at the Domus 21 was the best hotel experience I have had. The location is fantastic with spacious and clean room. Most importantly, the staff are so professional and kind to make sure their guests are taken care of properly. I was scammed by a taxi driver outside the hotel. Fortunately, a hotel staff member passed by and recognised me (it was my 2nd staying). He immediately stepped in to resolve the issue for me. I highly recommend Domus 21!!

設施：第一晚住了普通房間，第二晚住了套房，兩個房間有個通病：洗澡水忽冷忽熱，洗澡比較難受
服務：很好
整體比較推薦，但如果喜歡熱一點的洗澡水的話，建議提前和前台聯繫好

Excellent service. I will definitely come back. Pleasantly surprised. Perfect for visiting the center of Rome near the Travi Fountain, Piazza Ancona and the Pantheon. Jane recommended great restaurants in the area and gave me a list of places to go. Clean rooms

This Hotel did not disappoint!! Exceptional! Staff, very friendly courteous and helpful! Great location and very easy to get to main attractions. We were there for eight days and we are so excited we will be returning there in a few days for another 3 nights! This little hotel was perfect!

We stayed this perfect place for honeymoon. First of all, the owner was so kind and friendly. He gave us very nice room. The bed and pillow were fluffy so we had very comfort and deep sleep. The view that we saw everyday was fantastic. I'll recommend here to my friends, family and anyone who visits Rome. :)
