The office is blocks away from the rooms, people smoking in common areas, no WiFi, front door to building is unsecure

Pessimo,il letto si apriva ,la TV non funzionava, camera moto diversa dalle foto ,la cucina puzzava in un modo assurdo, pulizia da rivedere, condizionatore rumoroso , per 100 euro sicuramente c'è di meglio , una nota positiva la reception

Camera non pulita, bagno in pessime condizioni, senza sapone etc, le mattonelle del pavimento della stanza erano rotte, bisognava stare attenti a non farsi male. In cucina c’era cattivo odore e sul tavolo ed in frigorifero c’erano alimenti aperti da altre persone lo abbiamo segnalato ma nessuno ha provveduto .

Abbiamo alloggiato nella 103 , la camera era pulita, spaziosa e ben arredata. Il bagno è in camera e di ottime dimensioni, con tutto l'occorrente necessario. Posizione ottima, a 500 metri dalle stazioni di Lido Centro e Lido Nord. Personale disponibile e cortese.

Esperienza purtroppo negativa. Presenza di formiche in cucina. Letto inutilizzabile causa doghe mancanti (vedi foto). Odore di muffa nelle stanza. Attenzione al cliente pari a zero. Davvero imbarazzante, personalmente non ci tornerò e lo sconsiglierò ad Ici e colleghi che vengono ad Ostia periodicamente.

We toured italy for 3 wks & this is the WORST place we have ever stayed in. This is an apartment with 4 bedrooms, shared bathroom The sickly chemical deodorizer left us with headaches, the smell was in our clothes, luggage, etc We asked for 3 single beds & when asked were assured there were, there were not 'plus breakfast served in room' is advertised, there was NO breakfast, there was a kettle & coffee machine AC did not work, mattresses were thin & very uncomfortable We were not able to connect to ip address provided, when asked, they told us to 'check the router' We requested a cab for next morning departure, was confirmed, no one showed up The area is NOT a good location for airport There are too many other places to stay, I highly advise to stay away from this one!!!!!!

Cucina piccola rispetto al numero di stanze e quindi di possibili ospiti, mobili vecchi e decadenti, assenza di detersivo e saponi. Appena arrivati in serata ci siamo accorti che non c'erano le cialde per il caffè e neanche un accendino per i fornelli. Abbiamo chiamato la reception e la risposta è stata che era troppo tardi (19:30) avrebbero provveduto l'indomani mattina. Le cialde per il caffè sono arrivate alle 10:30 del giorno successivo e l'accendino ho dovuto provvedere io ad acquistarlo. In atto di prenotazione mi era stato garantito che avrei pagato le notti effettive di pernottamento, in realtà ho dovuto pagare una penale per una notte in meno.
