I stayed here with family and found it to be an impressive facility. Only odd thing was that front desk was in a different building and the hotel rooms were in an adjoining building, so is to get to the room from front entrance was to take 2 separate elevators. The staff was pretty helpful and the best thing about our stay was their breakfast, it was delicious. Moreover the location of this hotel is pretty good, quite area and close (5-7 mins drive) to all the spots.

Veramente una location fantastica,in un edificio storico, dietro Piazza della Repubblica da cui parte la metro rossa A per raggiungere tutti i maggiori punti di interesse. Camere spaziose e di design arredate con molto gusto, vasta scelta di prodotti nel welcome kit presente nel bagno, cura ai dettagli, colazione "con vista" sul Planetario, insomma, consigliatissimo!

Not 4 star. The Luxury Suites are in a separate bldg, so no access to reception or the bar unless you go out and down the road. Elissa in the breakfast room was great, professional and cordial. However, during our stay the last 2 days our room was cold. We contacted reception & a porter came & reset the aircon. Didn't work. Another call. Nothing. We sent an email that night & the next morning a staff member arrived with a technician who fiddled with the controls. They left & less than a minute later I checked the aircon & it was not working. I went outside & told the female staff who had accompanied the techician it was not working. She basically shrugged her shoulders and we never saw anyone again. We thought this might have only been our room but later that day we met an Indian couple. We asked them if their room was cold and they replied it was. They said they had given up asking the hotel to fix the problem. So not just us. No one should be forced to wear heavy clothes in their room because the hotel cannot ensure the aircon is working and the room is warm.

Rarely do I leave reviews, but I had such a wonderful experience!! I arrived several hours before check in due to my flight and had a business meeting to attend to—the staff was so attentive and worked to ensure that I was able to have a room so that I could freshen up and make it to the meeting. The rooms were extremely clean, the complimentary breakfast was amazing and the service was so pleasant. I would absolutely stay again!

Property was convenient for rail station and could walk everywhere. Not luxurious though and room and bathroom were not heated. Shower gel etc not refilled daily, nor were teabags. No robes/slippers

El hotel es magnifico así como la atención del personal. Muy bien situado, habitaciones nuevas y muy amplias, cuarto de baño estupendo. Cambio de toallas cafetera y tetera. Ponen paraguas al servicio del cliente cuando llueve, todo un detalle. Nos alojaron en los apartamentos Luxury que están junto al hotel, cuyo edificio es un palacio. Magnifico
