We really liked it. Don't know why people are complaining about it. We had a big room, cleaned daily and really friendly staff. Bed was comfortable and good location. The staff that checked us in were really friendly and showed us on map where to go and where to eat. And its only about 10 mins walk to vatican and less than 5 to the metro which brings you towards collesuem etc.

Odore di fumo stantio e fogna che proviene dal bagno ed invade tutta la stanza. Al rientro dai nostri giri venivamo accolti da una puzza terribile. Le finestre vecchissime si aprono pochissimo nn permettendo il corretto cambio d aria. L affaccio della stanza è sul retro di un vecchio condominio non gradevole da vedere. Per fortuna la stanza e il bagno sono stati puliti in maniera eccellente ogni giorno. La posizione della stanza è ottima x raggiungere San Pietro e castel Sant Angelo.

We booked a room for three nights attracted by the photographs published on Booking which showed very nice rooms and boasted incredible discounts. Despite the high-sounding name, it is a guest house in an old condominium with a paid lift and a non-existent reception. The bathroom has a tiny shower and a door to some sort of internal courtyard/storage room which cannot be closed securely and a dubiously clean curtain taped over. The bedroom window could not be opened as the air conditioner motors are positioned in front of it, the only air exchange allowed remained the air conditioner aimed at the bed. After two nights of asthma attacks and breathing problems due to the humidity in the room we were forced to find another solution.

Rooms with rather old furnishings, terrible ventilation and exhaust air conditioner (not working), on a scorching weekend at the beginning of June it was really hard even to sleep.
