We came back for the second time and it was like being at home. The availability and cordiality of Mrs. Anna Maria go beyond any expectation, furthermore the rooms are clean and welcoming and it is in a strategic point of the city. It doesn't get better than this! We will be back soon!

Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the owner. After the trip in high temperatures, we were immediately offered a cold water. The lady told us something about the various sights, districts and public transport connections using a city map. The hotel is in a prime location, right next to the ancient ruins of the Roman Forum (Roman Forum: 2 minutes, Colosseum: 5 minutes). The rooms are remarkably clean and everything makes a very good impression. The only criticism is the WiFi. If it works, several minutes are needed to open the simplest Internet pages. Absolutely a luxury problem. But as a traveler in a foreign city, a working internet to look up routes, sights, restaurants, etc. would still be useful. Highly recommended hotel. Thank you very much!

I stayed with my daughter in this structure from 08/07 to 12/07. Situated in an optimal position both for travel and for services and for various visits to the city; Mrs. AnnaMaria welcomed us impeccably, always kind and available for every need and/or request. We will definitely return every time we happen to pass through Rome. Highly recommended.
