Bu otel tam olarak şehrin kalbinde yer alıyor bütün önemli turistik yerlere çok yakın otel eski roma mimarisi olan otel içi tamamen yenilenmiş ferah ve modern odaları mevcut kaldığım odamda kocaman lcd televizyon vardı

The hotel is gorgeous! We’ve been asked to wait 15 more minutes after check in time because the room was not ready but we’ve got super upgrade
I’ve booked cheapest room but we was staying in Pope room which is almost 100 m size
Everything just perfect!

The hotel is or was part of a church. It is in an excellent location near Piazza Navona. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. There is a nice courtyard, but the terrace is wonderful. Make reservations though. Well worth the view over Rome. Breakfast on the breakfast terrace was wonderful as well. The staff was very attentive, and the selection good. The rooms were very comfortable.

The hotel is perfectly located just behind the Piazza Navone. The rooms are very nicely set with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast buffet is very good also with a nice view of the Piazza Navone. The reception personnel is very efficient and perfectly courteous. A slight disappointment with the quality of the service at the Terrazza restaurant, which is otherwise very good. The hotel is also surrounded by numerous good typical restaurants.

This is a great hotel. Lots of charm, character, and spacious rooms! There also is so much going on right here in Rome. It's easy to find lots of restaurants, taxis, and it's pretty close walking distance to some major attractions. We stayed here on our honeymoon for three nights. The first night, we had no hot water. They moved us to a bigger room, were very apologetic. Then, the shower in new room flooded! Again, they took care of us, cleaned everything, and promised to fix it. They sort of did- we couldn't use full water pressure. They really took care of us with this debacle, which I can't see many other places responding in a similar war. They only criticism I have it their daily breakfast. It's just not that good. This was our fourth hotel on our honeymoon and the worst breakfast by far. Poor selection and just bad good- which is so rare in Italy! My wife also has Celiac's and is gluten-free. Every other hotel we stayed in (and almost restaurant we ate at) would give her a GF basket for breakfast. Not at Etich. She was able to eat a few of their selections, but we ended up going to a store and getting GF food for breakfast.

Staff was so kind and accommodating. The location was perfection. Easy to walk (Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon within a 10-15 min walk). A lot of dining options surrounding the hotel. We went during December, there was a beautiful Christmas market right outside. To be completely transparent it did get a little loud because our room was right under the restaurant. If noise bothers you bring some ear plugs. Overall, it didn’t bother us, but just wanted to be honest. 10/10 would stay again!

The service was amazing; the front desk was incredibly helpful and always willing to assist and/or answer questions. The response time over email was also really fast. Our room had a heated towel rack which was really nice. The location of the hotel was also quite convenient. It’s right next to the Piazza Navona, which is within walking distance of pretty much all of central Rome. Every landmark or tourist spot can be accessed in under 30 minutes. Overall, it was a great experience.
