Basic hotel in a good location.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
The rooms themselves need to be maintained to a higher standard.

Definetely bot a 5* experience. Hotel is very dated, room was dusty and dirty, wooden floor had cracks that spoiled my falke socks. Shower room was very very cold, and took ages to run hot water - about 15 minute wait while hot water will come out. Drinking water was not provided, and there was no night bar to buy it as well. Our window was looking at kitchen vents - they were noisy all night, and cooking fumes filled the room.
Would not recommend, especially at this rate and 5* rating.

The rooms were comfortable but cramped. There were areas that needed repairs and it appears there was art missing from the walls. The shower was nice but didn’t drain well. The bed seemed flimsy for the style of hotel they are trying to be. Nice hotel but needs some upkeep There’s also a disconnect between the hotel and restaurant. Could be more seamless

I recently stayed at The HA'll Tailor in Rome and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The service was truly exceptional- the staff was warm, and welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was memorable. My room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, the jacuzzi and balcony view were the best part. And the Breakfast? Absolutely Delightful! It was served in a unique way that added an extra touch of magic to my morning. The front office staff Alexander Moretti and Silvia were incredibly helpful, providing valuable recommendations and assistance throughout my stay. When I experienced a medical emergency, she went out of her way to help me, providing assistance and support above and beyond her duties. Silvia is a true asset to the hotel and her kindness and professionalism made a huge difference in my stay. I can't recommend HA'll Tailor enough- it's a gem in the heart of ROME. I can't wait to return.

E' stata assolutamente una piacevolissima sorpresa anche per me e per noi che a Roma ci andiamo da una vita....Un cinque stelle che le merita tutte e con una accoglienza e cura dell'ospite davvero a 360gradi.
Anche il concetto della colazione a la Carte ci è piaciuto molto perchè vediamo di solito una valanga di spreco inutile. Ci rivedremodi certo.

I can’t recommend this hotel enough! The staff were friendly, accommodating and very helpful. The hotel is a half hour walking distance from the beautiful Borghese museum and within walking distance of the Spanish steps, Trevi fountain and Piazza Navona. The restaurant was superb - expensive but worth every penny. Service was excellent, the presentation of the food lovely and distinctive and the food divine. I’m already thinking of my return trip to Rome and hope to stay here again!

The property was a bit smaller than expected. And a little further away from the main city centre than we wanted but it was nice to get away from all the action. Would have been nicer to have a bigger lobby or some more hang out spaces other than the room. Food was delicious.
