Do you like anonymous, impersonal, ordinary, noisy hotels? Then don't choose this B&B. Located in a neighborhood far from the noise and traffic of Rome, there is this delightful house, transformed into a BB, which exudes history, culture, style, graced by the beautiful well-kept greenery, the refined original floors, the family furniture, the scent of clean . It doesn't matter that the windows don't seal against external noise: I was woken up by the birds singing and this is a gift whose value we have now lost. It doesn't matter that breakfast is essential (I would say spartan): I had breakfast in an early 1900s setting with a unique charm. I met the owner (or the mother of the current owner), a very pleasant and polite lady with whom I would have talked for a long time, witness to a recent past but which seems so distant due to the vulgarity of our days. We stayed at the Mofeo Temple twice (in April for 4 nights and in November another 2) and we had a pretty good time. Given the area, prices are not excessive even in spring (unlike most accommodation in Rome). The area is fine for us, but for those who want to visit the center it is not very close, although you can reach both the metro and the express bus (number 60) by walking a little. The breakfast is also good, very b&b-like, but the choice is sufficient in both quality and quantity. Undoubtedly the room, although comfortable, could be better organised, an extra piece of furniture would be needed to place the things. Unfortunately I found the rooms a little noisy at night, especially those upstairs, from which you can hear the noises in the street (fortunately the area is not very busy at night). Overall a good accommodation.

The B&B was super clean. Very cute breakfast area and grounds. The hosts accommodated our dietary restrictions. The location was noisy at times in the evening. You could walk to the metro (subway) safely. There was a grocery store within walking distance which was nice. I would stay here again.

Had a very pleasant 2 night stay here. Our room was spotless clean, well kept and comfy. The property owner was very attentive and informative about our arrival, parking and finding our way around the neighborhood. Metro is in a very short walking distance. (Strongly suggest the use of metro while going to historical sights) Breakfast made us felt very homey since it was prepared in real time according to our choices. Good welcome, very nice house and friendly couple
A bit noisy, outside noise and neighboring room.
But difficult, to keep the charm of the old and all the modern insulation. 10 minutes from the metro, be careful we are on one of the hills of Rome, there are 100 steps to take as short as possible, otherwise a good slope.

Very characteristic Roman villa in a very quiet area, you can easily reach the Colosseum area or Termini station in 10/15 minutes with the B1 metro, and from the structure to the metro station it is about a 10 minute walk. Excellent breakfast with all fresh products. Owner Valentina very friendly and available to advise on choices! Excellent room cleaning. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
