The address given by the hotel requires check-in before 14:00 when checking in, otherwise the payment will be automatically deducted and we will not be allowed to check in. (This situation was not explained before booking, and we were not informed until the day of check-in by an email). Later, when we arrived at the door of the hotel, we had to keep calling the other party, but the other party did not speak English, only Italian. Because he did not speak English, he always hung up my phone inexplicably. Really bad review, when taking a shower, the toilet always made a loud noise.
Private landlord, waited for 2 hours on the day of check-in, and finally asked to add WhatsApp to contact. I am an international student, but it is not recommended for people who travel independently:) It is really rubbish. I can't get in touch by sending messages, emails, and calls, which affects the check-in experience.
I never give bad reviews, but this hotel is really bad, it disgusts me

The location of the accommodation is great, very close to the subway station. Ctrip's customer service is super good. When we couldn't find a hotel outside, we actively helped contact the accommodation provider.

Took over an hour to get in the room. Was left a skeleton key that was broken. Management stated in an text "in comprehensable that it is broken" sent a picture, still did not believe until someone finally showed up to verify. Then, had to leave the new key so they could copy it the next day. Returned back to room later that night to find our room left unlocked. Over 12 international trips, first time ever feeling uneasy.

In general quite good, the cleanliness of the toilet leaves a lot to be desired, especially the shower, the “manager” could be more gentle in the accompaniment. There was an incident with the stove that did not turn on and I told him about it, his response was to turn it on, he was not kind or helpful, until the next day he checked and the problem was solved.

When I booked this I send a notice that Iam using cane and when we reach the place there was a stair going to the room or apt. it was a very unpleasant for me, using a cane going up a stair.. kindly NOTE in your advertisement that room has a stair to get into...
