They texted and called me as the Freccia Rossa was entering Rome Termini to tell me there was a problem with my booking. They said that there was an alleged flooding of the other structure in via Lucullo seven, which is called Veneto suite, and that they therefore invited me to cancel the reservation. obviously since I was about to get off the train and would be in Rome in the evening alone and without accommodation or a warning that they would immediately take me to another facility and threaten to go to the police. I was therefore sent to this other facility, where I found a room much smaller and more modest than the one I had booked and where, moreover, as soon as I went to the bathroom and pressed the toilet button the Pucci cistern literally broke. so I find myself with water flowing and making an infernal noise. they said they will call for assistance but at the moment it hasn't been seen no one and with just a few minutes to go until 9pm I doubt anyone will be seen. I can't sleep all night with this noise. Obviously they immediately took the money from the credit card. This is a situation that should absolutely be avoided and I will certainly seek protection in the competent legal offices. . The matter absolutely does not end here. Among other things, unfortunately I only read the reviews on TripAdvisor when I found myself with my back against the wall and they always do this little game of canceling at the last moment fearing plumbing problems, evidently they are overbooked.

Difficoltà ad entrare. Non cè una reception e bisogna chiamare un numero che fanno fatica a rispondere. Camera poco pulita e tantissimi insetti nelle lenzuola se ci fate caso. Due giorni senza acqua calda che sembra un problema ricorrente anche in passato. Insomma stare alla larga!

Bad experience, to be absolutely avoided. We were moved without any prior notice, much less with our consent, to another facility of a decidedly lower level and without any justification. I haven't entered such a dirty and poorly maintained facility in decades. These are experiences that should no longer be allowed today. Furthermore, it was a room filled with the smell of cigarette smoke and in the mini-bar there wasn't even a bottle of water for the night because it was completely empty.

arriviamo in struttura e citofoniamo… location chiusa! i proprietari non si sono presentati !!!!!! al telefono farneticavano…. un signore non parlava nemmeno bene l’italiano !!! ci ha mandato in un’altra struttura e noi ci siamo rifiutati … zero rispetto! quando il giorno prima sono stata contattata su whatsapp, e mi confermavano la prenotazione 👎🏽

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura 3 notti. Appena scesi dal treno abbiamo chiamato la struttura per avvisarli del nostro arrivo e nessuno ci ha risposto. Abbiamo telefonato di nuovo è un ragazzo ha risposto alle nostre domande in modo scortese e maleducato; fortunatamente abbiamo telefonato perché ci è stato detto che la nostra camera non era nell’indirizzo indicato sul sito, ma era in un altro edificio che non è un hotel, ma semplicemente una stanza all’interno di un palazzo a casissimo. Ho notato leggendo i commenti che molti hanno scritto la stessa cosa, perciò è loro abitudine fare ciò, pessimi. Non c’è nè reception nè niente. Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo citofonato e nessuno apriva, dopo vari tentativi ci hanno aperte due donne delle pulizie che ci hanno dato la stanza. Entrati in camera la luce non funzionava e la maniglia della porta d’ingresso era rotta. Ci hanno promesso che avrebbero aggiustato tutto ma ovviamente non lo hanno mai fatto. La doccia non funzionava poiché il getto era debole e non si regolava la temperatura dell’acqua. Pessimo in generale!

Ho prenotato due camere il 16/09 per me, la mia compagna e i miei genitori per andare a Roma dal 16/10 al 18/10. Prenotazione confermata, codici d'accesso arrivati per mail e tutto che sembrava apposto. Alle 23.15 del giorno 15/10 (esattamente 6h prima del treno) mi scrivono un messaggio Whatsapp a dirmi che per un problema idraulico non potevano riceverci!!! Palesemente era un Overbooking e non un problema idraulico altrimenti almeno una delle due stanze sarebbe stata disponibile. E se fosse stato un problema reale avrebbero almeno avuto la decenza di chiamarmi e non di mandare un messaggio che manco avrei potuto leggere! E poi segnalandomelo in questo modo non erano costretti a cercarmi un alloggio sostitutivo e a pagarne eventuale sovraprezzo a Booking! Li ho chiamati immediatamente e se ne sono sbattuti ALTAMENTE le palle dicendomi che loro purtroppo non potevano far nulla e di cercarmi un nuovo albergo! A mezzanotte passata della sera prima! Se andate a Roma piuttosto che andare da questi, e piuttosto che dare soldi a questi, dormite da qualsiasi altra parte! Anche a 50km di distanza! IMBARAZZANTI! P.S. Hanno messo il divieto di recensione su Booking con il mio numero di prenotazione! E chissà a quanti altri è successa la stessa cosa!
