The hotel is in a fantastic location for exploring the city. There is also a tube station extremely close by. Room was clean and tidy, staff were friendly. However, the room had a slightly damp smell and the thin walls meant you can hear the next room.

We stayed in the structure in 4, two adults and two children. The point is strategic and being in the main street between shops and various restaurants you can move around easily even in the evening. A stone's throw from Piazza di Spagna. The place is excellent, the rooms also well furnished and above all clean. The guy who cleans the rooms is super helpful, he even allowed us to leave our luggage in the morning to pick it up in the early afternoon as we had the plane in the evening. The structure also has a small terrace with sofas and tables where you can enjoy some relaxation outdoors in the evening. The only negative note are the stairs for those staying on the fourth floor like us, because there is no lift but with a bit of effort at the beginning with the suitcases then it is an effort that can be done easily. If we were to decide to return to Rome, I would certainly opt for the structure immediately.

I was a bit apprehensive after reading some of the reviews but I'm so happy I didn't cancel my booking the room was spotless housekeeping came everyday you couldn't get a better location the roof terrece is lovely and relaxing after a day of sightseeing I will definitely be back

Check-in upon our arrival was perfect, with the room ready before 2pm and an excellent welcome.
The only downside to report is the 4 floors of stairs we had to go to our room (Spain). Enchanting terrace available to everyone on the top floor overlooking Via del Babuino and sofas.
The room is quite spacious, bathroom with large shower.
The quality of sleep was very good, fantastic mattress... the only disturbance was a bit of noise perhaps due to the recirculation of the air.
Truly privileged position, in via del Babuino exactly halfway between Piazza di Spagna and Piazza del Popolo. Very comfortable bars (Canova Tadolini and Baretto) for having breakfast outdoors.

My fiancé and I came here for my birthday in October. Please do no listen to the reviews regarding a 'scam' you have to arrive on time to meet the owner and contact him beforehand. We had the beautiful room in the photo advertised on here and it did not disappoint. It had beautiful stone walls, a comfy bed and plenty of space. (small wardrobe but we were only there for 3 nights) You are situated on the high street with all the designer shops about 5 minute walk from the Spanish Steps. The location is what made this a wonderful break for us. We were about 20 minutes walk away from the trevi fountain, the pantheon and local gelato shops and food places. The colosseum and Roman forum was about a 30 min walk, but it is a very scenic route passing the trevi fountain and plenty of local tourist attractions. Breakfast was an optional fee for €5 per person and you could have juice, tea, coffee, cookies, croissants and light snacks. This hotel felt very safe as there was an entrance door key at the main door on the road and then a separate door key for your floor and a final door key for your room. I would recommend this hotel as a lovely couple of friend stay, even one child too. Rome is beautiful and location is key is seeing all of the beautiful sites, this hotel is perfect for this.

This place is absolutely beautiful! We stayed in the junior suite and it was great. Beautifully decorated and very spacious! The person who checked us in (forgot to ask him his name) was so incredibly nice and helpful! Airline lost our bag and he went above and beyond to help us get it back! Thank you! The location of this property is perfect! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Super central placering ift. seværdigheder, aktiviteter og "der hvor det sker" samtidig med man kunne trække sig tilbage til rolige omgivelser.
God service og renlighed i top. Værelset havde hvad der er brug for og godt pris/kvalitetsforhold men betragt værelset som et overnatningssted og brug resten af tiden i skønne Rom.
