The room is very comfortable and clean, and very good breakfast. The location is great: walking distance from main touristic places, from Termini and from the Metro. And the most important, Mario the owner, ready to give all the useful information you may need!

Номер достаточно просторный, очень чисто, санузел с хорошим ремонтом, кондиционер есть и установлен так, что модно использовать ночью, не дует на кровать (что редкость для римских отелей и апартаментов). Есть балкон, на котором утром приятно завтракать с видом на город... Сильный вайфай, есть холодильник и бесплатная бутылка воды. Приятный и доброжедательный владелец, всегда на связи. Заселение было полностью дистанционное, очень удобно. Из пожеланий - было бы неплохо иметь сейф в комнате...

Nada mas llegar llegamos al sitio y no había nadie, ni una recepción, ni nadie que nos esperase, es un piso con cuatro habitaciones. Tienes que llamar al numero para decirle que estas allí con lo cual yo que no hablo bien ingles es un poco engorroso. La habitación estaba bien, es amplia, limpia. No me gusto que el desayuno tuvieras que servírselo y llevártelo a la habitación porque no existe un lugar donde poder tomarlo. y tenia una terraza común que se veía la habitación nuestra.
