Not happy at all! Just paid £156.85 for my daughter & myself to stay here for 2 nights. It said I could cancel my booking by 31st, which I did & I gave my card details to pay later & they have just taken the money & refuse to refund me! I will not take this review down until I receive a full refund for services I have not received

We were met with a clean, cozy and AC room already chilled as Rome was in the middle of a heatwave. The metro, restaurants and shops are nearby. The B&B couldn't offer the traditional breakfast due to Covid, byt the in room and filled refrigerator with fruits and all were nice. Different coffees are offer, but a French roast would be a nice touch to the rooms The outside garden is well shaded and was nice during the heatwave. The showers were waterfall stye and very nice.The extra services, and daily news and updates in the morning regarding metro work and logistic was great! We bought bottles of wine downtown and they delivered to the B&B for free. The only downside is the noise levels in the mornings, 6am onwards you might want earplugs.

Zona tranquillissima, a meno di 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Tiburtina, da dove passano la linea metro B e tutti i treni. Camera grande per tre persone, con giardino esterno ampio. Colazione in camera con prodotti confezionati, ma veramente abbondanti e sempre diversi ogni giorno, comprensivi di frutta in frigo, di yogurt, tè, latte, bollitore, microonde, etc. Nella parte comune c'è una classica macchina per il caffè espresso, con capsule sempre disponibili e di ottima qualità. Il gentile gestore è sempre disponibile e presente. Ottima qualità del sonno. Letti comodi e bagno completamente nuovo. Prezzi veramente validi. Lo consiglio, si evita così il caos della stazione Termini, che comunque dista solo 4 fermate di metro, ma la zona ed i prezzi sono decisamente diversi.

About 10 minutes walk from Roma Tiburtina station. Large, spacious room, with fridge. Very clean. Breakfast was disappointing as it was pre-packaged food. Host was very helpful & recommended a good restaurant for our evening meal.

Prenotato per tre notti, appena arrivati a Roma,ci chiama dicendoci che la prima notte la camera non era disponibile. NEMMENO ENTRATI Questo ci è costato nell’andare alla ricerca di un altro posto ed adattarsi a quello che si è poi trovato sia come posto che come costo. Esperienza pessima L’unica cosa valida è stata la laurea di nostro nipote

La camera era grande e confortevole, con un bagno molto ampio e funzionale, provvisto di asciugamani e teli doccia, sapone e docciaschiuma, il frigo in camera con rifornimento per la colazione (yogurt, succhi, acqua, frutta, latte), la TV, il condizionatore, un tavolino per la colazione, uno scrittoio con lampada da studio, un mobiletto con il microonde ed il bollitore per latte, té o tisane (già fornite dal proprietario), giardinetto privato con tavolo e sedie, ambiente fresco e pulito. Il proprietario, persona gentilissima e disponibile, ci ha fatte sentire a nostro agio, venendo incontro ad ogni nostra esigenza con affabilità ed amabilità. Lo consiglio vivamente.
