Stanza bella calda e accogliente, è la seconda volta che torniamo. Posizione ottima in pieno centro con stazione dei taxi e metro a due passi e host cordiale e disponibile ...vi consiglia molto volentieri su locali e cose ...consigliatissimo!

localizacion perfecta, la zona mas "in" de Roma, una calle por debajo de la plaza de España. las habitaciones muy bien. Contras: no tiene ascensor, las ventanas son antiguas, no duermes por el ruido de la calle. (el portal da miedo). Con calma puedes caminar a todo lo turistico, ademas el metro casi en la puerta.

2 nights as a couple, excellent location, 2 steps from Piazza di Spagna and its metro stop. Practically in the center. Quiet area. The room is small but super comfortable, everything new and very clean. Friendly, helpful staff.

The location is outstanding. The security for the entry ways is excellent--automatic locks and passcodes. Naturally, being in an old city building, there are some quirky diagonal walls and odd steps up into the bathroom. The 2 bedrooms were clean with a surprising amount of room. The host was outstanding and communicated the check-in and information very well. The bathroom is a little old fashioned and quite dark. And without a kitchen space of any kind, some glasses and coffee cups were available on a desk. The glasses were actually quite filthy; that was a surprise. I've stayed at other hotels and apar**ents in the immediate area. This one's location was great, but it needs some improvements to compete.

The right word is: PERFECTION. From the smallest detail to the kind attention. Bruno, the guy at reception was impeccable, really impeccable, he gave us some advice which we followed and in fact everything was excellent. Not to mention the room and the structure, with attention to the smallest details with every comfort!!!!! Very beautiful. I recommend it to everybody! Truly absolutely exceptional value for money! Trust me and book this property, you won't regret it!

Very kind hosts, well furnished and clean rooms. Reception always active on the ground floor. Lovely location. I recommend the structure for stays in the centre... the owner is a guarantee of availability and kindness. Excellent value for money .

Stayed 5 nights at this marvelous suite/room. When our flight was cancelled (Ryanair) we had to move to another hotel and the owner (Paola) did everything within her power to help us find another place to stay. The room itself is very clean, location is great, bathroom fully equipped and spacey. I can only say a great place to stay - truly recommended.
