房間還可以。 但是服務很差。 幾乎聯繫不上 入住很困難 打電話不回。 多次撥打電話以後終於回了一次。 第二天再打電話 還是沒人接。 前台幾乎全天無人。 不建議任何人來住

This place left dangerous cleaning product in our room in what looked exactly like a water bottle and when accidentally drank and being sick then tried to blame us on what they left in our room whilst cleaning it. Poor communication skills from owner and receptionist and no help . Tried to blame us for the incident. Would advise no one to stay here.

This is not a hotel or bed and breakfast, it is four rooms with beds on the second floor of an office building. It is unstaffed. It anticipates guests know how to navigate Rome, like how to call taxis, for example. The room is small but ok enough for visiting the city. The room has no space or shelving to actually unpack clothing. We visited during the summer and it was very hot; the room fridge wasn’t working and despite numerous requests and one promise to replace it we were completely ignored. The location of the rooms is central in Rome, the only bright point of this accommodation.

La struttura è collocata in un’area incredibile. La via Borgognona, completamente pedonale, è piena di negozi, ristoranti e bar.
La posizione è strategica, si possono raggiungere la metro Spagna e l’omonima Piazza in meno di 10 minuti, così come anche la Fontana di Trevi.
Poco più distante il Milite Ignoto, circa 15-20 minuti a piedi ma ben visibile non appena si esce dalla struttura.
L’arredamento della stanza è moderno, con un grande box doccia ed un letto davvero comodissimo.
Purtroppo però, la stanza presentava evidente polvere nelle due abat jour, dietro il letto e nel tavolo. Abbiamo rinvenuto anche un unghia nel pavimento.
Peccato.
Per quanto riguarda i servizi, nota di merito per la macchinetta del caffè con cialde ad uso gratuito in stanza. Purtroppo però è anche l’unico.
Cordiale e simpatica la ragazza che ci ha accolto.

Just arrived back from a 3 night stay at Borgognona Rooms in Rome and I’ve raced onto Trip Advisor to sing their praises! The room was modern and very spacious; the bed was more comfortable than my own at home, the shower was incredible and the air conditioning worked a treat. The location of the hotel couldn’t be more perfect… it was extremely central and within walking distance of all of the major historical sights as well as being surrounded by endless amounts of restaurants and shops. The staff were extremely attentive - any questions were answered via chat in a matter of minutes. Borgognona Rooms is a hidden gem and I will definitely be staying here again if I visit Rome in the future. Thank you to the staff for going above and beyond to ensure our stay was as seamless and memorable as possible❤️

Really nice and cosy place to be. Right in the middle of historic centre, near the "Spanish steps", many cafes and restaurants nearby. Absolutely satisfied with the place and service... I would reccomend it to anyone, even my family.

Chambre correspondant parfaitement aux photos.
Nous avions déjà séjourné dans cet hôtel il y a 3 ans et sommes toujours aussi satisfait de celui-ci.
Parfaitement situé (Piazza di Spagna), il permet de visiter toute la ville très simplement.
