San Lorenzo
We stayed here initially as part of a group tour and added a couple of days onto the end. We were concerned it might not be central, but it’s a fantastic location. Walk to station is ok but also only a cheap taxi ride. The area has loads of great local restaurants and bars . They were safe and friendly plus the food was really well priced and local delicious delights. The hotel has everything you need, clean, great showers, good breakfast. Plus if you arrive early or late there’s fridges etc that dispense bottles of wine 6 euros or water plus snacks. The staff are friendly and efficient Wifi great Couldn’t recommend more

Honestly couldn't fault our stay here. From the friendly check in we received when we arrived to extra assistance we needed. All the staff we encountered were very helpful, we only had one issue with one of the early morning receptionist we weren't aware the gates were locked we had to ask twice to have the gate unlocked as we had a early morning excursion planned and needed to leave, the man on reception gave us a rather grumpy and short response when we asked to have the gates opened. But apart from that all the other staff went above and beyond for us. From getting us extra pillows on the first night even after the maid service left. On our last evening the receptionist called up our transfer company for us and confirmed our pick up time for us, as our phones wouldn't allow us to call international numbers. On the day we checked out, they even stored our luggage for us behind the front desk as we had a few hours to kill before we got picked up. When our transfer taxi didn't arrive, the receptionist on duty that day couldn't be more helpful, phoning the company for us to find out what the hold up was, even helping organise a different taxi for us to get us to the airport in time for our flights home. Rooms were airy and cleaned daily and in an excellent location for the local metro line. Perfect to use as a base to get away from the hustle bustle of the city centre. Perhaps a welcome guide in the room would be useful to let people know of the times when the gate is locked etc as we weren't aware of this. Overall enjoyed our stay here with the friendly staff and comfy rooms.

The hotel is very close to the subway and it is a few steps away. Although the hotel is not in the city center, it is very convenient to go anywhere. The room is very clean, cleaned every day, and the hot water is very big. The mattress was very comfortable, the staff was very friendly, the lobby had a microwave and there were two large supermarkets at the door. Quiet at night, except for the last day, the guests next door at night were a bit noisy. I should stay here again next time.

The hotel is well located and everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. Our room was amazing- we spent the whole time with the balcony doors open as the view of the garden was incredible (shown in picture). The room was also kept immaculate. The people at the front desk were lovely and very accommodating; Stephano even took the time to teach me some Italian phrases as I was extremely lacking! I honestly cannot fault this hotel; me and my friend had a brilliant time and no doubt, if we returned to Rome, we would stay here again!

Classic education trip to Rome with 2 nights in this hotel with breakfast and dinner included. The photos published are not real, maybe a memory of the times that were, today the structure is unclean, abandoned in maintenance, cleaning and with truly dated furniture. Do not lift your bedrooms to watch the mattresses, you may repent, do not walk on the moquette of the larvae and mached corridors, wait for muffa in the corners and humidity in the walls. We do not talk about the dinner served by improvised servers, where there was always something missing on the table and they have no knowledge of this work; the food was unwilling, once burned, once finished, once spycene unfrozen. The breakfast is not possible with sweet and salt, but drinks from the water-colored machines.

Termini Central Station
The subway near the hotel is a bit far away. It takes about 20 minutes to walk from the termini. The public security is not good along the way. Girls are advised not to go by themselves. Boys are fine. It is quite convenient to get out of the hotel by tram or bus. The service is very good, the Italian old men are very cute. The hotel sanitation seems to be cleaned by Filipinos very seriously. Breakfast is 5 euros, there are not many varieties, and the taste is good. On the last night, the WiFi was broken, and the 4g indoor in Italy was very poor, the only shortcoming. Will choose next time to Rome.
