Location, Walking distance to attractions, shopping street, bus terminal, theres a supermarket ops hotel which is good.
Breakfast not bad, but everyday the same. Fruits are good.
Hotel is dated but quite clean.
One issue is they use air refresher to cover the smell of old hotel which makes me very uncomfortable. I dislike the smell. Bathroom ventilation no good, got unpleasant smell.
Overall, ok for a night stay. We stayed three nights so is a bit too much.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The ambiance was beautiful. The rooms were beautifully decorated. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful.

Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive, and a kettle was a nice bonus.
Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean and tidy.
Location: The location is excellent. It's very close to the long-distance bus station, which was incredibly convenient as I arrived from Seville by bus. Plus, it's just a stone's throw from Puente Nuevo (New Bridge) and the bullring – both were high on my list of places to visit.
Service: The front desk staff, especially a very friendly lady, was exceptionally helpful. She enthusiastically introduced me to the local area and even marked the main attractions on a map. Breakfast was also good.

Everything was excellent for a three-star hotel. I'm currently staying at a four-star hotel, and it doesn't even offer many of the services you provided. For example, you offered freshly squeezed orange juice, while they only have carton juice. Another lovely touch was the insulated mug for making tea/infusions, something this four-star hotel doesn't offer. You also provided two good pillows, unlike the single, 'deflated' one I have here. Thank you for everything; your staff was incredibly professional!

A DIA supermarket is conveniently located directly across the street. The hotel offers easy access to attractions like Puente Nuevo and the bullring, and seems quite accessible for those arriving by train as well.
A crucial tip: absolutely avoid eating in the two streets immediately adjacent to Puente Nuevo – you're guaranteed to be overcharged!
If you're driving, be extremely careful and try to avoid the old town area. The front desk staff shared that some guests have inadvertently received a €200 fine for entering it.
