"The service seemed very enthusiastic and would solve any problems we raised, but it was very unreasonable. There were only three cars in the parking lot when we arrived at 10pm. I don't understand why they arranged us in the room behind the reception when there were available rooms. It was not part of the main guest room at all. Therefore, the room was completely different from the pictures. The door opened to the parking lot, the bathroom window also faced the parking lot, and the courtyard was also a public area. There was no sense of security. It can be seen that this is a small hotel that is run with care, but it is really unreasonable to treat Asian customers who come from far away differently."

"I really loved this hotel! It's beautifully decorated, and the rooms are spotless and comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and plentiful, and the service was exceptionally friendly and warm. The hotel's location is also fantastic; you can walk to Ronda's New Bridge in under 10 minutes, and the scenery along the way is stunning. It's also just a few minutes' walk to the bus station. Ronda is beautiful both in the morning and evening, definitely worth staying to soak it all in!"

"Excellent hotel, I had a great time! Clean, neat, big bath, soap, gels, towels. There were only no slippers and kettle in the room, but on the 1st floor you can ask for boiling water or coffee. The bed is huge, it is comfortable to sleep, memory pillow, takes the right position. Very quiet, no noise from cars, good WiFi. The hotel is located next to the bus station, there is a bridge, arena, cafe nearby. I recommend 👍"

"The owner is shameless. We paid 50 euros extra for the iron bed, which was bent and we didn't make it ourselves. We came back to see the bed, and then he started shouting and became very aggressive."

"The hotel was very quiet, outside the town. We stayed for three nights, so we could relax very well. The pools were very quiet and uncrowded. The hotel was nice and rustic, although the facilities seemed a bit dated. The room had poor lighting, only the wall lights worked, and the closet was very small. The bathroom looked like it had been recently renovated, with a very large bathtub. The toilet cistern didn't flush, but maintenance came quickly and fixed it. The toilet seat wasn't to our liking, and the towels were brought to us in the afternoon. When I made the reservation, they offered the option of breakfast for €20. I asked, but they told me no, that they only offered room service, so the breakfast was charged depending on who served you. The dishes at the bar were hearty but a bit pricey. The room has a fairly large terrace, which we couldn't use because both the table and chairs were very dirty."

"The hotel was warm and comfortable, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The staff were very dedicated, giving us a map of Ronda and recommending all the good places to eat and see, even writing down the names of some tasty little shops for us. However, the water from the tap in the room was probably undrinkable, as it produced a lot of powdery residue when boiled. Also, there was no hot water for showering around midnight. The hotel wasn't fully booked for the day, as we saw that rooms could still be booked on the platform, so we don't know if the hot water was turned off or if there was a shortage."
