"It's a very small family hotel. There was no space in the hotel's garage when we arrived, so we had to park in a nearby public parking lot to eat, and then go in two hours later. Breakfast is very simple, just bread, jam, milk and juice. Because Ronda is very small, it only takes ten minutes to walk from the hotel to the bullring and the bridge, so I didn't find it inconvenient."

"The first room I was given overlooked an interior courtyard. It was very noisy, mainly due to a fireplace whose noise was clearly audible from the room, as well as the air conditioning. I recommend reporting this problem to reception if you experience the same issue. Reception agreed to change my room, but unfortunately, the second one turned out to be too small. Ultimately, it's a modest hotel with no particular distinguishing features. The breakfast is adequate, but unappetizing. The main advantage is the presence of underground parking."

"What a great experience. This brandnew Hotel is an oase at short distance of Ronda. A friendly staff takes care of you. Grat food, greatrooms. Super beds and shower. There is a nice swimmingpool, a Gym and one can enjoy breakfast, lunch , drinks and dinner, both inside and outside. Staff is good reacties to requests. Great wines from the nearby winery. Great place for couples/ individuals that want to stay away from mass hotels with noisy people and screaming children. Really a place with class."

"Arriving in Ronda, a place with such unique scenery, in the rain was both cold and damp. Thankfully, the hotel room was very cozy and comfortable, with a balcony offering a view. After the rain, we were treated to a beautiful view of cherry blossoms hanging in the sky, which was somewhat of a consolation. The hotel's location is excellent! On my way to the Arabian bathhouse in the rain, my leather boots got soaked and the soles came unglued. The front desk helped me find a repair shop; I gave them to them at 7 pm and picked them up at 11 am the next morning – very efficient! It's a pity my trip to Ronda was in the rain; I would definitely choose this castle hotel again next time!"

"The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was small but had everything we needed, including a lovely lollipop as a welcome treat. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well and wasn't noisy. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily. The location is absolutely fantastic, just a 5-minute walk to the popular attraction. Breakfast was also delicious, offering great value for money. Parking was convenient; there's paid parking right next to the hotel, but I found free spots on the street parallel to Ronda Bus Station, which had plenty of space."

"This hotel is the most unhappy hotel I have ever stayed in in Spain. The problems are as follows: 1. The hotel is in an apartment building and requires check-in at 4 o'clock. When we arrived at a little after 4 o'clock in the afternoon, the door was closed. No one rang the doorbell and the call could not be reached. Finally, we contacted Ctrip customer service to find the hotel front desk and check in. The procedures were cumbersome. Everyone had to fill in a bunch of information, and it took half an hour to complete the check-in procedure. Our car was parked in the square and was driven away by the police many times. It is not recommended for tourists who drive. 2. When I took a shower at night, I found that the hot water was only enough for one person, and the other person had to wait at least half an hour before washing. In addition, the bathroom door could not be opened inside or outside when it was closed. I asked the hotel front desk to bring a screwdriver to open the door. 3. Hair was found on the sheets on the bed. There was no quilt cover or quilt, only a thin blanket and a sheet. The hotel's excellent location is the only advantage, but all the unpleasantness that happened offset this advantage. It is not recommended to stay here, especially for travelers traveling alone. It would be troublesome to be locked in the bathroom."

"Very beautiful hotel. Nicely located, a short walk away from the new bridge. Free coffee (in the coffee machine) and free bottle of water. Has a mini bar but I think you need to pay for the content. The lady at the front desk on the day of departure was really nice and helpful. She helped us to dry ourselves by switching on all heatings in the living room after a whole day's rain and that we were soaking wet."

"The apartment is 8-10 minutes' drive from the center of Ronda. There are two types of check-in: self-check-in and front desk check-in. The front desk is not 24 hours a day. If the check-in time is outside the front desk working hours, self-check-in is required. You must provide a Spanish mobile phone number to receive the check-in code. After arriving, you can apply at the machine at the door of the apartment, otherwise you will not be able to enter. If you are not familiar with this type of operation, check-in will be very troublesome. Service: I met two apartment managers who were very friendly. There is no Chinese service, mainly Spanish or English. Facilities: The apartment has a very good environment and has three floors. The outdoor swimming pool and large terrace on the top floor have a good view. Swimming towels can be rented. The check-in experience was good, and red wine was given as a gift. The room was relatively new and the supporting facilities were very complete. Environment: Resort-style, suitable for family or couple vacation. If you are visiting tourist attractions, it is recommended to stay in Ronda City, otherwise it will be quite expensive to take a taxi back and forth every day."
