The landscape is really beautiful, also the service is nice.

It was one the best hotel overall including just the right services at the right location. We checked out early and they were kind enough as to provide us with a picnic bag full of food, it was a nice touch. Thank you! We want to re-visit as soon as we can!

Breakfast is all cold food, which is also common in Europe. Coffee, eggs and other three or four kinds of hot food have to be ordered and served by the waiter. Well, this is the breakfast method of "high-end" hotels. The problem is that the waiter's attitude is really bad. When you order a cappuccino, they will say no. Good service should say that you can add some milk yourself. I ordered Spanish dough sticks, but they were not dipped in chocolate (even though there was chocolate on the table). The order picture showed chocolate, and then the waiter said you didn't order chocolate. The chocolate that came out was the same as the picture. Is this chocolate with Spanish dough sticks? 😂 This is the first time I write such a long review because the experience is really bad. In fact, the hotel is next to the bridge, but if you want to take pictures of the bridge, it is basically better to go to several nearby restaurants.

The room was nice with direct access to the garden and pool, the breakfast was good. Waited a long time to be seated in the restaurant for breakfast but no one came to greet us. The service at the front desk was very good.

The location is right on the side of the town's only scenic spot (the canyon), and the price paid is a good location for it. The room facilities are old, the marble beside the bathtub is damaged and has not been repaired, there is mold on the side of the bathtub, and the toilet seat is scratched. The booking photo on Trip.com showed a canyon view, so I booked that room type. It turned out to be a mountain view. I was too lazy to go to the front desk to find out more. I was only staying for one night anyway. The advantage is that the room is large (300 square feet) and the carpet is clean. It was only 2 degrees Celsius at night in February, and the heating in the room was warm enough. Breakfast is included in the room price, so even if you don't eat it, it's understaffed, the selection is small, and the quality is very average.

The hotel is in a very good location, with Ronda's New Bridge, the bullring and the commercial street just outside. The room is large, with double sinks, solid wood floors, clean and tidy, and the breakfast is very rich.

The triple room I stayed in had a very wide sofa with an extra bed, a very large bathroom, and a great view.

The location is great! You can see the New Bridge while sitting in the hotel. It is really a prime location. You can add 30 euros to get the best view room.

The location of the hotel is very good. There is a cliff view outside the window. The service staff is friendly. If you book in advance, you can get a better room type. If you don’t have time to have breakfast the next day, the hotel is very considerate and prepares a takeaway breakfast. It is ridiculously large and there are two portions. It is very recommend! ! !

The room is in a good location, right next to the new bridge. The breakfast is segmented and you can choose any kind of eggs. You can ask the staff for more. The hotel front desk is very friendly and the environment is comfortable.

Even though I arrived at the hotel around 12:30, it was nice that I was able to check in early. The room was on the first floor, and when I opened the window it was connected to the garden, which was really nice. The location is right next to Nuevo Bridge, so the observation point, bullring, and all other attractions are close and convenient. Because I had to go to Granada early in the morning, I left the hotel at 7 o'clock and was disappointed that I couldn't have breakfast, but the desk gave me a picnic box for each person, so I was able to eat it on the train while traveling. The hotel facilities were very clean and felt luxurious and traditional. I think I will stay here next time I visit Ronda again.
