Stop in Ronda on longer trip in Spain. We asked for room with two beds. We were given a room with three smaller beds ( family room?). It was cold, heat didn’t work properly. One bed broke, just by sitting on one end. Proprietor gave us another room with two beds two nights later.

If you come in the winter-you will be cold. They start heater when you arrive and it takes hours to warm up the room. Bathroom is freezing as heat doesn’t go there.

A compact hotel close to centre of Ronda. Easy to walk to. Check in was friendly and efficient. Car parking was at public lot about 300m away. No complaints.

Posizione centrale per questo hotel che mi ha offerto una sistemazione semplice e molto pulita ad un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Rispetto alle recensioni precedenti l’hotel ha cambiato gestione. La nuova proprietaria / responsabile è molto cortese. Non è sempre presente nella struttura: nel mio caso all’arrivo sul portone c’era un biglietto con un numero di tel da contattare ed è stata rapidissima ad arrivare per il check-in. Non è prevista la colazione, ma in camera c’è un comodissimo bollitore elettrico, con tazze e bustine di té e caffè liofilizzato. Non necessitando di un posto macchina non posso esprimermi circa le possibilità di parcheggio nei dintorni.

This is a hidden gem- a very reasonable simple and small hotel in a superb location just 5 minutes walk from the Roman Bridge over the gorge leading into the town. Great communication from the owner regarding our late arrival and free local parking. An ideal base for exploring this beautiful town.
