Everything that was advertised on the website and #qantas hotel booking site was either not available, too filthy to be used or possibly available 10 minutes away at a “sister” hotel. Rude staff there though.

The site said someone would be there to greet us, and it took us MANY tries on the phone with a language barrier to communicate with someone to come to the hotel to let us in.

A dreadful place which was not as described. No one on site. No hot water. The cistern for the WC was faulty and to be operated by lifting the lid off to reposition the float. The TV did not work as it seemed to have no signal connected. The so called swimming pool was like a septic tank and was an obvious health hazard as it swarmed with flies.

The worst ever.
This was the worst place I have ever had the misfortune to make a booking for. So many things were wrong it's hard to list them. Swimming pool was empty but for a stagnant puddle of algae and flies buzzing. TV didn't work. Toilet cistern misfunction. Overflowed or didn't' stop. Needed to be manually operated by lowering or raising the float mechanism. Worst of all there was no hot water. It was a double bed but only three pillows provided. The location was difficult to find,and the sign outside was almost unreadable. OK it was cheap but it was dreadful.

The building was closed when we arrived despite promised 24/7 reception. Contact phone number not answered. Only got in after a neighbour phoned someone. No pool, cafe, breakfast. Leg on bed and lock broken. Had booked for 2 nights but left after1. Room we got was not the one booked. Information on website does not reflect the reality. Worst hotel we have ever stayed in: book elsewhere, Ronda well worth a visit

Me parece de vergüenza en las pésimas condiciones que se encuentraba este hotel, como podéis ver en las fotos algunas paredes tenían boquetes el suelo estaba sucio las lozas estaban sueltas y algunas rotas. Aparte de esto cuando entramos a la habitación apestaba a humedad toda la habitación. En fin no se merece más estrellas

ha estado faltal, el telefono no es el que aparece en la web, ni en google maps, no habia forma de poder comunicarse, luego estuve esperando 2 horas en la puerta a que alguien viniera, y luego me dan el telefono de otro hotel y me dicen que si necesitamos a alguien nos lo mandan de otro lugar al que nos alojamos, y que si necesitasemos algun cubierto que bajaramos a la parte de abajo, donde se supone que hay una cocina comunitaria, y que rebuscasemos, no hay ni para lavar los cubiertos, y los de limpieza, solo hicieron el baño y las camas.
no vuelvo mas alli.
