Horrível, hotel de mal atendimento, colaboradores comentem assédio moral sob a supervisão e concordância da gerência, pessoas com níveis baixo de escolaridade, ambiente tóxico e medíocre, desoganização. Boa localização, prédio com boa estrutura.

Os quartos são razoáveis, porém pequenos e com espaço inadequado para as roupas. O custo-benefício é muito elevado. O hotel pode ser confortável para viagens de trabalho de, no máximo, dois dias. Entretanto, o restaurante é excelente, com uma comida maravilhosa e um café da manhã espetacular.
