續住很滿意 外賣 購物 條件好 來到威海後體會到了本地人的熱情 公寓靠海樓層高 看得遠 建議以後到此旅遊的朋友們多帶幾件外套可避風

房間內部裝飾較為老舊，隔音很差，窗簾不遮光，早上被光線曬醒。浴室很小，洗澡不方便，床墊質量很差，坐上去能感受到床墊彈簧想要沖破床墊的野心。
優點是確實能從陽台看到海，位置可以，交通還算便利

老闆熱情，服務周到，房間很大，很乾凈，洗浴用品很全，還配備洗潔精，能做飯，周邊環境優美一面是櫻花公園，花開的很漂亮，適合晚上散步，離海邊也很近。

屋裡沒有地暖，太冷了！！！在屋裡還得穿羽絨服……空調吹了一晚上屋裡才18度。可能是因為靠海比較潮濕，屋裡牆邊發黴，牆皮脱落。

因為離海邊近所以衞生間牆壁皮有點脱落，但真不影響住，位置離海濱公園比較近，離看海的地方超近，離九龍購物也進，適合自駕。樓下有超市是第二排衹能觀部分海，但已經很漂亮了，如果住第一排那就超級讚了，是個公寓，有灶台沒灶具，自帶，這個價格這個位置不要太糾結什麼乾淨什麼這個那個，就已經很好了，我媽説這是住的最有特色的了，還有一個沙發，熱水特別棒，就是熱水有點漏水，店家別忘修修

到小區後一定要提前聯繫，店家直接發樓號和密碼。房間不錯，有電磁爐和洗衣機，真的很方便。自駕的建議帶蒸鍋，可以買點海鮮自己做。距離七八公里有個四喜骨頭王，是榮成最火的飯店，菜量超級大，一定要早點去，肯定排隊
