The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, check-in was super fast, and they were gentle and patient. The room was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was so soft and fluffy; I instantly relaxed as soon as I lay down and had a wonderful rest. The attention to detail was excellent – hygiene, soundproofing, and facilities were all top-notch, making my stay feel very secure. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around for shopping and dining. I genuinely feel it was excellent value for money and a perfect experience. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit."

"A good hotel. Very friendly staff, and I was especially pleased with the manager at the reception desk — he speaks English. Breakfast is tasty, and there's a coffee machine. In the laundry room, there are two washing machines and one dryer. The mattress in the room is comfortable — neither too firm nor too soft. There was no cigarette smell in the room (I'm staying here for the first time, maybe I got lucky with the room). A separate room for parcels."

"The experience was terrible. The staff either have low professional standards or they have a grudge against the hotel management. The breakfast experience was the worst of all; the older women were just unacceptable—were they underpaid? Their attitude was unprecedented; they spoke rudely and acted as if the guests owed them something. Even budget chain hotels are far more professional. I won't go into specific examples; just thinking about it makes me angry and nauseous. They really gave Rongcheng a lot of face. The only good thing about this hotel is its natural scenery, but my bad mood ruined the experience and diminished the enjoyment of the view."

The room is very large, you can see the cherry blossom lake and the sea in the distance outside, the restaurant is on the top floor of the 23rd floor, the view is wide and the scenery is pleasant, the breakfast is complete and the taste is good. I will go to Weihai Rongcheng Mountain Haiyunguang Hotel in the future."

"Check-in, especially as a foreigner, was quick and seamless. The rooms were spacious, clean and the view was awesome. The location couldn't have been better - through beautifully manicured gardens, directly onto the beach. Both the breakfast buffet and the evening buffet were very well-prepared and delicious, with both Chinese and Western cuisine. However, we found the breakfast and dinner times a bit tight for a relaxing holiday time. Breakfast stopped serving at 9 30am and dinner at 8pm. All in all, we found the hotel and staff very well appointed, good value, and we will definitely return soon - a relaxing getaway from hectic city life in China!"

"We were extremely satisfied with our stay with our child! The room was clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. The room was a bit warm, but we didn't need a thick blanket to sleep comfortably. The cleanliness was impeccable. Just a ten-minute walk from the hotel is a street with all sorts of restaurants. It's also a ten-minute taxi ride from the high-speed rail station and not far from popular tourist attractions. The hotel service was exceptionally attentive. The front desk staff were warm and friendly. Because they had a small group the next day, they delivered breakfast to their room. The breakfast was nutritious and served warm. When it rained on our way to the high-speed rail station, the front desk staff even held an umbrella for us. The experience was fantastic."

"The hotel has good security. You can enter the elevator by swiping a card. The smart robot delivers meals. The bed sheets and quilt covers in the room are not very clean. You can see that they have been washed, but they are not clean enough. The hotel parking is quite convenient, but it is easy to go to the neighborhood next door. The breakfast is not bad. When you leave, they also give you snacks. There is also a lot of water in the room. These are the better points I think. I hope the hotel will pay more attention to the bedding and the cleaning of the bedding."

"Facilities: Rooms and facilities are a bit outdated Environment: The surrounding environment is very good. The hotel has its own beach, which is a good place for lazy people to walk their children. If you are traveling to Weihai city or Chengshantou area, it will be inconvenient without a car. It takes about 45-50 minutes to drive from the hotel to Haile Island Pier. It takes 10 minutes to drive to Kowloon City for shopping and dining. Breakfast: There are a lot of people on holidays, but the variety is OK, both Chinese and Western, but it is not consistent with the breakfast of a five-star hotel. Service: I don’t know why, but the call to the hotel front desk from the landline in the room never goes through or no one answers. I can only get through with my mobile phone. Overall, I am a little disappointed. The only advantage is that the hotel has its own beach. The vacation price is also high. I feel that the price/performance ratio is not high. I will not stay here again next time."

"This is the closest B&B to the beach I've ever booked. The location is superb, just across the road from the scenic area. The two large beds can sleep 4 people, making it perfect for families. It's fully equipped with a kitchen, fridge, and washing machine, so you can cook your own meals. The 270-degree balcony offers fantastic views of the scenic area. A big thanks to the owner for recommending the 'Yao Mei'er Sichuan-Hunan Cuisine & Northeast BBQ restaurant; they even gave us a huge plate of fresh and delicious seafood! The grilled meat is also highly recommended."

"Ambiance: Fantastic! Beachcombing: Not suitable for kids. The beaches near the hotel are all rocky. Service: Subpar. Staff don't proactively greet guests. Cleanliness: Excellent. The rooms are spotless. However, some facilities are indeed old; for example, even with all the bathroom lights on, it's still dim and hard to see. Dining: Breakfast is decent, but I don't understand why the dining area, given such a beautiful environment, is in the basement. Wouldn't it be better to have breakfast on the ground floor atrium while enjoying the scenery? The dinner buffet looked unappetizing, and although not expensive, it didn't tempt me. As for à la carte, the prices are at least three times the normal rate. If my family hadn't insisted on eating out, I would have definitely tried it to see what makes it three times more expensive. Summary: The environment is absolutely amazing, and the hotel has solid foundational hardware. However, the service and dining are disappointing. If you don't have a car, I'd recommend hotels closer to the city center, as staying here without a car is quite inconvenient."

The service is extremely poor, the waitstaff need improvement, food hygiene is substandard, the waitstaff were chatting amongst themselves, and when there were problems with the food, their explanation was that one or two issues wouldn't matter—I don't know what constitutes a problem."
