"Parking is convenient, the hotel is easy to find, and the sanitation is acceptable. There's fruit and plenty of water in the room. Breakfast ends at 10:00, but if you go by 9:30, there's basically nothing left. I especially want to commend the front desk lady. One evening, quite late, I suddenly remembered I forgot to bring a package up, but my child was asleep, so it was inconvenient for me to go down and get it myself. I called the front desk, and the lady was very helpful and delivered it to my room within a minute. I'm so grateful to her. (She has a thin, oval face and glasses.) But!! Let's be honest, here are some negatives: couldn't the maid clean the room later? We stayed for three nights. On the first day, there was a knock on the door at 9:00 a.m. for cleaning. I tolerated it and let the maid in. Since I was still washing and putting on makeup, I only let them take out the trash. I didn't pick up anything else. Because I went to bed late that night and wanted to sleep in the next day, I didn't want to get up early. To prevent them from knocking on my door so early to clean up, I deliberately hung a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. As a result, around 9 o'clock the next day, they still knocked on the door and asked if I wanted to clean up. Oh my god, can't they see the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door?! I was speechless! I was really angry! I was really convinced!"

"Overall, the stay was quite good. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff were very friendly and attentive. Both the facilities and room service were commendable. However, the experience of dining in the main building with local friends was disappointing. For a star-rated hotel, the professionalism of the catering service needs significant improvement. From the managers in suits to the frontline staff, none demonstrated the expected professionalism and basic etiquette. In particular, a female manager in a suit, with fair skin, although not directly serving us, was cold and arrogant, lacking basic politeness and interaction, which made us feel uncomfortable. Such service attitude is far from the standards expected of a star-rated hotel. We hope the hotel can strengthen the training of the catering team, especially the managers, in service awareness. Overall, I was satisfied with the facilities and rooms, but the catering service definitely lowered my overall impression!"

"Choosing this sea-view hotel during my trip to Chengshantou was such a hassle-free experience! The location is the biggest highlight: it's only a 5-minute drive from Chengshantou and Xixiakou Zoo, saving a lot of commuting time and making sightseeing much more relaxed. Our sea-view room had a wide view, and the balcony was a pleasant place to enjoy the sea breeze in the evening. Cleanliness was also excellent; the room and bathroom were spotless, giving me peace of mind. The service was attentive and friendly; everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping was very welcoming and readily available whenever needed. The breakfast selection was plentiful, the food was delicious, and it was great value for money. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend it!"

"This stay far exceeded my expectations! The newly opened hotel still had a slight odor, but it was acceptable. While the surrounding amenities weren't fully developed yet, it perfectly captured the secluded feeling I was looking for. The front desk service was warm and efficient; I avoided the crowds during the National Day holiday, so it wasn't noisy at all. The room was exquisitely designed, the bedding was very comfortable, and the bathroom had a well-designed separate shower and toilet. I especially praised the breakfast; the buffet was no longer available, so they switched to à la carte, which had a wide selection and suited my taste. The location near Na Xiang Hai makes it very convenient to drive to attractions. A unique and tasteful hotel, I would definitely choose to stay here again!"

"The three of us went to stay. We called and found out that there was no room for three people. We could only book a parent-child room with a large bed and a small bed. The small bed was a bit short. It seems less than 2 meters. But you can sleep. The hotel is very large, the surrounding environment is very good, there is a large forest, the private beach is clean, the water is clear, and there are few people. Breakfast is rich in variety, open from 6:45 to 9:30. Another thing to mention is that when placing the order, please note that breakfast is included, but I didn’t notice that there is also a hot spring. When I checked in, I asked the front desk. The front desk just said that the hot spring is not included in the room rate. I wonder if you have bought it. We thought that it was not available if we did not buy the ticket for the hot spring separately. The front desk did not tell us when we checked in. We didn’t remind customers to check the hot springs on the platform. After we left the store, we found out that the hot springs were included in the order. We left a message for the hotel housekeeper, who quickly replied to me, and communicated with the hotel to provide compensation. Although I have a small regret, it was successfully resolved and I still give a thumbs up to the Ctrip platform. And this is lower than the price on **."

It's okay to drive more than 20 minutes from the scenic spot or town. The butler-style service is very intimate, especially thanks to Miss Wang Piaoxuan, because we have two breakfasts in our room, saw us with children, took the initiative to give us an extra one, and then learned that we are Hui people, took the initiative to help us ask the back kitchen, change the dishes to what we can eat, very intimate. Finally, I hope the hotel can change in other aspects. First, there is no shelf in the shower room. It is very inconvenient to go to the wash basin to get the toiletries, and the ground is easy to fall with water. Second, most hotels are now equipped with two pillows, and the height can be optional. Finally, our breakfast is not a self-service form, but the variety can change every day within a week. In the care of the sea view room, you can choose to experience this kind of non-legacy residence for one night, but you must compare the price more."

The amenities are fantastic: an infinity pool and a kids' play area kept our little ones entertained all day without a peep. The family-themed room was spacious, and the facilities were safe and thoughtful. Both adults and kids loved the 270-degree private hot spring bath, with warm water and great views – perfect for relaxing and taking photos. The entire room was exceptionally clean, not a speck of dust in any corner. The front desk staff and butler were gentle and patient, proactively recommending local attractions. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices! The hotel environment is quiet and peaceful, and it's super convenient for visiting attractions along the Rongcheng North route. With great views, excellent service, and top-notch facilities, it's our first choice for a family getaway. Highly recommend it to families with children!"

There was no cigarette smell in the room (I'm staying here for the first time, maybe I got lucky with the room). A separate room for parcels."
