房子的位置非常好，出門就是沙灘，旁邊就是櫻花湖，騎自行車沿着湖邊溜一圈非常愜意，房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，孩子們玩的非常開心，房東小夥非常周到，下次還會來住！

剛開始看到小區臨湖又能看海 超級期待 但是入住有點失望了 首先小區旁邊是個工地在施工 環境差強人意 吃飯什麼的話基本衹能去湖那邊的九龍城 其次房子硬件方面都一般 兩個房間窗簾都不遮光 這邊天亮很早 基本每天五點就亮醒了🙄客廳陽台沒有窗簾 中午餐桌那邊很曬 沙發旁的小床也沒有窗簾 出太陽屋裡邊太亮太曬了 房東如果把窗簾換一下大概入住體驗能好點 衞生方面可能不是房東自己管 反正我入住後是自己打掃了半天衞生的 最後建議大門換密碼鎖吧 出門總怕忘記帶鑰匙 很不方便 不過優點是去海邊真的很近 出小區大門從馬路對面九龍晟大酒店旁的小路穿過去就是了

The room is bright, transparent and invincible to see the sea. The gate of the community is the cherry blossom lake. It is super cool to take a walk to see the scenery. It is a short walk from the Jiulong Bay business district. In short, I am grateful that I made the right choice.
