Very clean hotel

The Staff was very friendly, one of them was Kevin (I Think), and also two other ladies also on the desk was very helpful in guiding us regarding our travel. We stayed for 3 days and the whole concept of the Hotel was different. We had an infant with us and wanted to change the room we were allotted and they readily agreed and luckily they had one bigger room with king size bed to accommodate them. The breakfast was regular and most importantly the staff being very nice and helpful, which has made an impression on us as this was the first time we traveled to this city. For the amount you pay for this Hotel in Lucerne, it's certainly very cheap for the services you get. It's based on a Theme so most of the rooms have bunker beds so even children would love it. Not much space inside the room or shelves to keep stuff. But then its a budget Hotel. Would stay again if I visit this city again. Its 8 minutes walk from the Station.

Check in and breakfast is located in the sister hotel, 5-10min. We chose the free park because it was cheaper. For the price we paid, we were enthusiastic! The bathrooms are relatively new, everything is very clean and you benefit from many places from 4-Stern Service: For example, it has various care products, snap set, shaped set, water bottles on the room etc. Breakfast was also very delicious and the staff was very friendly & premature. It was no problem for us to go a few minutes walk to the sister hotel to breakfast and check in, it was the price difference. All in all absolutely recommend!

The breakfast is in place, and everything should be there. It's definitely good to be full. The scenery is really beautiful. Excellent value for money. A 50-year old store that has been passed down by the family for generations, it is warm and comfortable. It's 16 degrees cool in the mountains. The dinner was especially good and the price was very reasonable, which overturned my impression of Switzerland being stupid and expensive. The facilities are a bit old, but they are well maintained, and there is a little noise when walking on the real wooden floor. There is a parking lot, so parking is very convenient.

Very good hotel, winter is definitely not as perfect as summer, but I am already amazing, the pool water is hot, there are small hot springs, steaming ice room is complete, la prairie free trial after bath, breakfast You can order the Michelin plate, and the taste is quite good. Close to the lake, super tossing from Zurich airport, train and bus, it took about 2 hours to put it... a little tired~ I know that I will not be so tossed by boat in Lucerne, and the boat is still comfortable. ~ The room is quite big, but I think the door is not very good, I feel that the lock is easy to open, and I bring the anti-theft artifact. The day before yesterday, the staff will return to your question, but feel very impatient. One day, the cleaning staff cleaned the room during the day, put my pillows on the bed, and put my pajamas under the mattress. I found it for a long time, and I went to the front desk and said that my pajamas were gone. I was dissatisfied! ! ! I really was looking just somewhere to sleep over night. I was out all day from 8am till late. For those hours there is no good transport getting to or leaving the Hotel. Everything was amazing. Very clean. The room had no air-con, so it was very hot. There was a fun. The cows are just outside and their bells are making noises all night. The fruit and vegetable van arrived at about 8am again just outside my room and making delivering noises again. Perhaps the hotel should supply some ear plugs.

I tried to get to 4 out of 5, but need to be honest. The hotel isnt responsible for the view and the view makes up for a lot of negatives in the hotel. Check in was friendly and quick and we had the key to our room on the 4th floor no more than 5 minutes after we arrived. Parking was a bit of a search because we arrived on a sunday during lunchtime and apparently this is a popular time to have lunch at that hotel. The room we got is on the 4th floor and is a standard room with lakeview. The room is very tiny! Washbasin is in the room and the shower and toilet are separate but really tiny space too! If you are with 2 and you have your luggage then the room is completely filled up and no space to store anything. There is a ventilator, but no airconditioning. But thats OK. we could open the window and the fresh breeze over the lake came into the room. But also the mosquitos! So maybe they can place some mosquito net in front of the window? There is a watercooker in the room, but with a very short powercord, so the only place where we could use it was on the washbasin, but that was not very stable. The bed was not comfy, hard and the pillows are non existent. The wifi was good and fast! Then breakfast. It was a ”buffet”, but it was very limited. Some bread you need to cut yourself, thats OK, but with Covid? And the rest was just some cheeses and meats, some sweet things and thats it. Coffee was from a machine and juice from a tap. It was ok, but not really memorable. We didnt have dinner here because we read some reviews and watched what other guests ordered and compared prices and we decided not to do it. Check out was not really check out, it was just paying the bill and thats it. The desk agent didnt ask how our stay was or wasn't interested at all. So all in all too much things I dont like about a hotel at this price level. The views and location is priceless thats true. But it was like that the hotel is managed without passion. Thats a bit sad.
