In my room they were bedbugs which is annoying we couldn’t sleep good cz we have to let the light on so the bed bugs don’t get out

What you have on the internet is pictures of the new rooms that are newer and you gave us a room at the old hotel which was old and nasty. Bathtub was clogged and we went to tell staff and nothing was done about it

La comida del restaurante se cocina con mucho aceite que se queda en los alimentos, las toallas de las habitaciones estas de color gris. No se ven blancas. Uno de los dos elevadores no funcionaba ( en toda mi estancia) y el otro jamas llegaba para ser utilizado. Tuve que subir ubbsjsr escaleras en el 90 por ciento de mi estancia
